Question:	Is this overkill for some one who needs a point and shoot and doesn't know how to use a camera
Answer:	As a "bridge" camera, it has a lot of the features of a full SLR camera (in fact, the only thing else I'd expect from a better camera would be time-lapse and a detachable lens). Of about 8 settings, there is one that functions effectively as full point-and-shoot mode, and you need not ever venture from it. But as situations come up where you want to experiment, you can explore the different modes, and once you're good at them, you'll gradually grow into all the features.

Answer:	It comes with the battery and charger and shoulder strap. It has built-in wifi, so there's no need for a USB cable, though it does have a port. It's small and quite lightweight. I hope this was helpful to you

Answer:	The pixel count is twice that of a really good phone (iPhone 6 for say) and half that of an entry level dslr. The 4.3 -215mm lens ensures that any range you shoot from will be fine. When I bought this camera, I was hoping for blurred backgrounds but this camera doesn't have an adjustable f ratio. The quality is very nice. If you're interested in the video quality it's always grainy and the built in mic not only sucks as a mic but also pucks up all the extra sound the camera starts making when you enter this mode. There is not mic jack. I bought this camera as a starter but I recommend upgrading to the Nikon d3100 or d3200. I have found that Nikon gives better deals for better cameras. The cameras I recommended are about $100 more and 100% worth the upgrade. They have twice the pixel count, interchangeable lenses, a controllable f stop, viewfinder, and ect. It's definitely worth it. I shoot every day and have found that this camera, despite the huge step up from what I was using before, is limiting me in what I can do.

Answer:	I believe you only have to lift the hidden light immediately above where it says Canon in white and in front of where it says PowerShot SX360 HS near the top middle of the camera...

Answer:	I ordered this kit couple of months ago. The LEDs are fine. Just check your batteries and charger that come along with the kit. The LEDs require batteries of type NP-F550. I received different batteries and charger which were incompatible. However, the seller was quick to respond to my issue and refunded the amount for the batteries and charger. I then reordered just the batteries and charger.

Answer:	The 35 mm is the better

Answer:	Are you saying you need to have two cameras? I would think you could just sell off the 20D and the 70D and just get an 80D. It's an improved version of the 70D, where the largest difference other than the improved sensor and processor would be the 45pt AF system, which is pretty great. I don't think I would suggest the T6i unless you get a really good deal on it, in which case it's still a good camera, but the 70D is a better one. All these cameras use the same lenses, so any you have will work. I would bet most, if not all, your camera accessories will work, but I can't say without seeing all you have. In general if it worked on either the 20D or 70D it will also work on the 80D or T6i. If you would like some more information on the 80D, you should check out the review I have on my profile. It covers the pros and cons, offers advice for how to use the camera, and also has comparisons to other cameras that have lower price tags that might be just as good for you. Answer:	It does not. Only 1080. Still great for video though, given the dual pixel AF. If you must have 4K, then you should look into the 90D or M6mkII. Question:	Can i connect this camera to my computer with a usb
Answer:	I have just purchased two of these (Elph 180). The first thing I noticed is that Canon has not improved the access door (battery/ sd card slot) in the many years since I had my first point& shoot Canon. (I have a canon rebel too - different story) The reason I am telling you this is that I urge you to buy a cable to download your shots, and clear the SD card from your camera. Every time you open and shut this little door, the weaker it becomes. Eventually you will be forced to tape the door shut to use the camera. I did this for years because I loved the camera. Finally I just got tired of it and bought the rebel. If the only time you have to open the door is to charge the battery, you will extend the usable life of the door HUGELY. As with most technology today, it's longevity depends on its weakest point. One of the two I purchased is for a 12 yr. old - I bought cables for both of us. My opinion: It's worth it because Canon still makes the best lenses.
Question:	Does this have an automatic shutoff If I forget to turn it off
Answer:	I don`t think so. But you`ll know if it`s on. When it`s on, the lens moves way out. When it`s off, it retracts, so the camera is flat. It would be very hard to forget to turn the camera off, or forget you left it on.

Question:	Can you use it to do a pan picture
Answer:	Panoramic shooting is not mentioned in the manual, and there does not appear to be a selection in the camera's functions to achieve it. You can probably still get that result with third-party external software on a PC by taking the sequence of shots to stitch together, but Canon does not provide it.

Amazon says screen is 5". Unless my visual capabilities are way off. No way it's 5" ... maybe 3

Question:	How long does the battery life last, using AA's compared to compared to camera batteries
Answer:	Depends on how long you let it sit idle. I tried to use it yesterday and 8 bucks worth of Lithium AA cells were all dead. It was turned off (it even clicks off). But it was still using the batteries. So to confirm, I measured the current with it firmly in the off position. It draws a constant 5mA drain with it off. From now on, I'll pull out one battery when I'm not using it. Kinda a pain - especially since the brightness dial has a click-off position which means they should have used that to disconnect the battery !
Question:	if the Led lamp lights go out permanently, where can I purchase a replacement lamp
Answer:	for the Price i Simply buy anotherI wouldn't bother to go through the trouble of purchasing and on top of that taking the light apart and putting in the new 1the Led Panel is the most expensive part of the light
Question:	anyone found a good protective case to store these in (for traveling)? I have 2 of the lights; but haven't had to travel via airplane with them yet
Answer:	Best I can offer is this lil' trick: I have 3 units. I went to Dick's Sports and bought a $9 hand gun case. It's got padding in it, it's plastic, and it's the right size for a few of these. It fits three units plus batteries and 5/8" to coldshoe adapters for each (so I can place on stands). I'm sure there's cases like this on here on Amazon. I consider these a poor man's pelican but be clear that while protective they are no pelican case. I hope this helps.
