Answer:	I shoot polished cabochons and the LED pattern shows up on them. I have to prop up the stones and shoot from the front.

Answer:	Do you have the light turned all the way up? Close one of the 1/2 flaps where you shoot from so the light will reflect back on your product. If this does not work, change your camera settings.
Question:	How is the backdrop attached to the cube? Does it stay in place
Answer:	Hi - In the upper right and left corners there are two velcro triangles that attach to the back of each backdrop that also has velcro. It stays in place pretty well. I haven't had an issue yet with it. It's a great little studio if you have a small workspace (like me!) and shoots objects wonderfully!

Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can use higher wattage light bulbs up to 85W. As long as they are E26/E27 screw socket based compact fluorescent or LED, then most of them should be fine, but you will have to check on the color temperature of the light bulbs because most of them in the stores are lower color temperature ones in 2700K to 3200K range. Answer:	Hi, Good morning, The softbox should not blew up. Do you meant the light holder or the light bulb? Also, we noticed that FBA had shipped such kit to many other countries, therefore, we would like to know are you using this kit in the United States or somewhere else? Because the light bulbs are for 110V only, if you attempt to use them in 220V~240V, they will not function. In those cases, you will need to get voltage transformer(s) or 220V~240V light bulbs. Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can wash and iron the backdrops at low temperature. If you are uncertain the effect of the low temperature ironing, would suggest that you try it with a small corner of the backdrop first before doing so on the whole backdrop so that would minimize the chance of the whole backdrop being affected if something goes wrong. Answer:	I set it up and everything worked perfectly. Tge light bulbs went in fine and the plug worked fine. USA certified in my opinion.
Question:	what is the maximum wattage the bulb holder can handle
Answer:	The bulb holder can handle maximum 105 wattage.
Question:	Can LED bulbs be used instead
Answer:	Yes. Any bulb with a regular household screw in base will fit. However, you need to get bulbs with a brightness equivalent of at least 200 - 350 Watts incandescent, which would probably run about 45 - 90 watts in a CFL, or about 20 - 35 watts in an LED. Generally speaking, the brighter the bulb, the better. You also need to get bulbs that have a daylight temperature (around 5000K to 6000K). You can mix watts/brightness and even the type of bulb, but having them all the same color temperature is important.
Question:	Does the setup come with the light bulbs or are they purchased separate
Answer:	Three 45 watt fluorescent light bulbs are included. I contacted the seller asking if more powerful bulbs can be used and they said up to 100 watt bulbs can be used

Question:	What is the size of Neewer 24' or 32 inch soft box when closed? I want to know if it will fit in my travel bag
Answer:	The 24in collapsible box in the bag with all the extras is about 11inx11in and can be squeezed down to 2.5in-3in in depth.
Question:	Do you think a camera flash is sufficent or should I purchase some small lights
Answer:	You need outside lights. The point of the tent is to allow lighting from without to pass through in a way that does not create shadows. If properly lit you don't even need your camera flash.
Question:	HOw did you get the wrinkles out of your backdrops? Would the dryer ruin them
Answer:	Here's what I finally did, my dryer has a Steam setting on it. I put it through the Stem Fresh about 3-4 times with High Heat (my steam setting high heat doesn't get THAT hot). Wrinkles are coming out.
Question:	How do you fold this back into the case
Answer:	1- Fold the tent flat. 2- With your right hand grab the lower right corner. This is a normal grip. Your thumb will be on the front side of the tent and four fingers on the back side. 3- With your left hand grab the top left corner. This is an upside down grip. Your fingers will be on the front side and your thumb on the back side. (Imagine a steering wheel but instead of a normal grip you turn your hand upside down and grab the inside of the wheel at 10 o' clock) 4- Twist outward with your left hand and inward with your right while bringing your fists together into the center. 5- With practice you'll get it right.

Question:	One of the umbrellas broke, where can I purchase another one
Answer:	I cannot recall for sure if it was a size 2 or a small, but whatever it was fit me pretty well. I too, am a size 2. I am also 5'1 and at the time was 108 lbs. and it fit almost perfectly. I would've liked it to be a HAIR longer as it does ride up slightly when sitting or walking. I REALLY liked it, but because of the fact that it IS so fitting--I wanted a bit looser fit-- it didn't suit my purpose (mother-of-the-groom dress) I did return it as I had no place else to wear it. I hope that helps!!

Answer:	I ordered a large and felt that it was true to size.
Question:	Are the back drops able to be iron to get all the wrinkles out
Answer:	No dress runs small. I'm am bra size 42DD and the top of dress was snugg. Or order a size up

Answer:	The dress would have needed to be taken in quite a bit for my daughter; with the extent of the intricate decorations I determined it would be too difficult to alter the width of the dress. That said, shortening it would be easy (especially if you have a serger and appropriate colored thread).

Answer:	Unhook all the magnetic rods and fold by folding opposing corners on top of each other. It's tricky, but you'll get it done.
Question:	For the overhead light, what did you all use to fill the bags and about how much weight is neeeed to counterbalance the light? I'm assuming 4-6 lbs
Answer:	Looks like it might. There is a YouTube video about this soft box. Check it out and see what you think. I ended up returning mine because it was a funky fit.
