Answer:	These lights don't need to be attached to a transmitter or to the camera, because they are not strobes, but are constant on like a lamp (when the power is flipped to on).

Answer:	Untrue, the light heads are universal for fluorescent bulbs. I have actually replaced the generic bulbs from this kit for some w/ higher Watts as well as colored bulbs. I purchased mine at my local Batteries Plus... but you can find them online as well.

Answer:	They are folded and you wash and iron them since they are made of cotton.

Answer:	No they’re not. I only wanted them for a small office studio so it doesn’t matter that they are lightweight for me but I wouldn’t move them around a lot.

Answer:	I would estimate you could light a space of 4x10feet space for photography, assuming no other light sources. I’m not a professional though.

Question:	does this come with USA plugs, someone said it came with the two prong asian plug, and that bulbs arrive dysfunctional, I need this to work on arrival
Answer:	I set it up and everything worked perfectly. Tge light bulbs went in fine and the plug worked fine. USA certified in my opinion.
Question:	what is the maximum wattage the bulb holder can handle
Answer:	The bulb holder can handle maximum 105 wattage.
Question:	Can LED bulbs be used instead
Answer:	Yes. Any bulb with a regular household screw in base will fit. However, you need to get bulbs with a brightness equivalent of at least 200 - 350 Watts incandescent, which would probably run about 45 - 90 watts in a CFL, or about 20 - 35 watts in an LED. Generally speaking, the brighter the bulb, the better. You also need to get bulbs that have a daylight temperature (around 5000K to 6000K). You can mix watts/brightness and even the type of bulb, but having them all the same color temperature is important.
Question:	Does the setup come with the light bulbs or are they purchased separate
Answer:	Three 45 watt fluorescent light bulbs are included. I contacted the seller asking if more powerful bulbs can be used and they said up to 100 watt bulbs can be used

Question:	Can you use stronger bulbs? which ones do you recomend
Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can use higher wattage light bulbs up to 85W. As long as they are E26/E27 screw socket based compact fluorescent or LED, then most of them should be fine, but you will have to check on the color temperature of the light bulbs because most of them in the stores are lower color temperature ones in 2700K to 3200K range. Question:	I plugged the soft box to check it and it blew up why
Answer:	Hi, Good morning, The softbox should not blew up. Do you meant the light holder or the light bulb? Also, we noticed that FBA had shipped such kit to many other countries, therefore, we would like to know are you using this kit in the United States or somewhere else? Because the light bulbs are for 110V only, if you attempt to use them in 220V~240V, they will not function. In those cases, you will need to get voltage transformer(s) or 220V~240V light bulbs. Question:	How do I remove the wrinkles from the backdrops? It’s ruining my production at the moment
Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can wash and iron the backdrops at low temperature. If you are uncertain the effect of the low temperature ironing, would suggest that you try it with a small corner of the backdrop first before doing so on the whole backdrop so that would minimize the chance of the whole backdrop being affected if something goes wrong. Answer:	I personally purchased the neewer 5500k kit and I absolutely love it for all of my soft lighting. Outperforms kits I've seen twice it's price in my opinion.... I am not too familiar with the limo, but as far as 5500k compared to 6600k the difference would be color temperatures. 5500k being closer to pure white, and 6600k a little more towards a blue tint. You can Google Kelvin color temperature scale for lighting to see the differences. I hope this was helpful.
