Answer:	6 Month system maintenance replace one sediment filter & one carbon pre-filter. Annual maintenance replace one sediment filter & one carbon pre-filter & one carbon VOC-filter. Membrane replacement 2-5 years.

Answer:	Contact the manufacturer as they will sell you one!
Question:	Do I have to use the app? Can I control it without it
Answer:	Not sure but I can recall reading somewhere (?) that it is 3 to 4 gallons. Contact Watts Premier and they can tell you. It is an excellent system as I have my second one (I moved into another house) and also purchased one for my daughter and ex-wife. It is extremely easy to change the filters so you do not need a plumber or handyman for this task. I have not encountered any problems with this product.
Question:	Are there any softboxes available for these
Answer:	No it don't have one. The only sensor on the faucet is the time based one, indicating time to change filters. It has no real connection to the water purity ( level of TDS)

Answer:	I don’t know how many years it last since I had it only last month. I know that I might buy another for my other house. I bought 5 of them, we used 2 inside the house, since it is a motion detector it helps without turning the lights going to another room. It serves also like a flashlight.

Answer:	That was exactly my situation and lumecube was a great help. My face is perhaps still a little washed out but it no longer has the shadows. I feel like I now have a professional looking camera video.

Answer:	I'm using the light on the lowest setting (1%) and the light is mounted on a gooseneck arm about three to four feet from me and it's plenty bright for video calls. At 1%, I get about 14 hours of life. (I've never used it long enough to run out but the remaining life indicator seems accurate so far.) You recharge the light via a USC-C port. I just leave it recharge overnight, so I haven't timed it yet.
Question:	Why bi-color and not only white
Answer:	I can't tell for sure, but it looks like the attachment to the suction cup is a standard GoPro socket, which means if you could stick a GoPro base to your monitor and use the 3M adhesive on the GoPro base instead of the suction cup. That would be more permanent, but should open up a lot of options for you if it is indeed a good fit. GoPro attachments are pretty cheap too, so you could pick some up to test it somewhere less expensive.

Question:	Are these suitable for lighting foreground items in long exposure night photography (i.e. milky way, etc)? And do they dim to very low levels

Answer:	All the controls are on the backs of the lights. The App just lets you remote control them. Furthermore, once you set a color, level, etc. you can unplug or cut power to the light, and it will come back on with the same setting. My only complaint is the stands are on the short side.

Question:	Im having trouble with fully extending the bar. Do we need to twist it? to have it stay in place
Answer:	Hold base (thicker/legged pipe) and twist extension (thinner pipe attached to light) counterclockwise to unlock then extend it and twist clockwise to lock. No need to fully extend it to lock it (it locks in any position).

Answer:	as you can see at the bottom of each piece in the pic. it came with a 3 point stand that you screw on the bottom of the telescoping pole. it should have come with 2.

Answer:	I do not know the exact CRI number, but is probably somewhere between 80 and 90 without any filters.

Question:	I don't see a hole to put an umbrella through. Does it have one
Answer:	After placing in the sun you need to push the button on each one which then should turn them on. If given a full charge and they are then turned on, they should come on in the dark. If you push button twice then you will turn on and then off again. Wait until darkness or cover the top before pushing button, then you will know if they work. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can this run off a battery I realize batteries not included
Answer:	It's been a while, but there were either 4 or 6 in a pack. Be sure to double check, though.
Question:	Does this work well for newborn photography
Answer:	I really can't answer that question, but I can tell you that if you haven't purchased these before, they really are wonderful. I think I've tried about every brand, but this is the one that is the absolute best. These lights are wonderful. I have at least 30 of this brand around my backyard. Hope this helps!
Question:	Is the cooling fan loud on this
Answer:	I don't have a clue how many lumens these are, but if you want to know if they are bright, then the answer is yes. You're not going to read a book underneath them, but they are beautiful and bright. I have them all over my hill and they are amazing. Hope this helps. But ONLY this brand. They stay on the longest and look the most realistic.
