Answer:	If you believe the Glorich on-line vendors the ACK-E12 AC adapter does not work with the M200. Of course you can always check with one of the vendors directly. I did run across this website https://www.marttree.com/canon-eos-m200-ac-power-adapter.html that is selling the Canon AC adapter for the M200 regularly for $39, now on sale for $20.
Question:	How do you attach backdrop colors? I see velcro in the corners on one side but not the other so it curls back up
Answer:	No, this is not for EOS M5. You should buy our Glorich ACK-E17 replacment power adapter for your Canon EOS M5.

Answer:	We call it as 3.0 mm jack since its outer diameter is 3.0mm. The complete dimensions are 3.0*1.1*9mm. The inner diameter is 1.1 mm and the length is 9.0mm.

Answer:	In the center of the battery cavity door there is a hole which is cover with rubber flap. You should install the DR-E12 dummy battery into the battery compartment then close the battery door, then pull the rubber flap a little out, then you will be able to plug the DC cable connector into the dummy battery via this hole.

Answer:	The battery door must close for the power adapter to work. I had this problem with my Canon T3. Canon installs a small rubber tab at the edge of the battery door to accommodate the wire from the adapter pack. Put the battery adapter pack in the camera, lift the small rubber tab up ( which exposes a small notch), place the wire from the adapter into the notch so the door can close "around" the wire, and latch the door closed. The camera will now power up since it reads that the battery door has been closed.

Answer:	Yes you can, but you must attach a spigot to the tripod (like this: http://www.amazon.com/Manfrotto-119-Female-Spigot-Adapter/dp/B001E4LC6C/ref=sr_1_1?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1458744897&sr=1-1&keywords=long+spigot). This because the camera tripod have a 1/4 inch to attach the tripod head, so you have to take of the tripod head and put the spigot instead. Just a comment. I bought 4 of this Fotodiox brackets (could be any other brand) and i had a bad experience: the flash is not properly secure and many times fall to floor for this reason, it is very difficult to get the flash tightly secure, i recommend the Manfrotto ones instead of this type.
Question:	When will Fotodiox have a grid for this modifier
Answer:	This bracket is compatible with "normal" hot shoes like the ones off of canon and Nikon. Sony uses a proprietary contact which has a different contact and shape. Do a little browsing and see what your options are. I'd google "proprietary to normal flash bracket". You should find something helpful.

Answer:	No because the 312-AS LED doesn't have the barn doors, that the 312 D/DS has. The cover goes over the barn doors.

Answer:	Does your 5D classic use the same battery BP-511 or BP-512 as EOS 5D? If yes, this should be the correct power adapter for your 5D classic. Regarding the reason why it does not work, firstly please make sure you have fully closed the battery cavity door. The last step to fully close the battery compartment door is the key step if you leave the battery compartment door open the camera won't be able to be powered on. But some people don't know how to close the battery compartment door. Canon makes their EOS cameras with a flap-covered notch that the power cord can access/exit from while the battery cavity door is closed over the DR-400 DC coupler.
