Answer:	I would contact the Seller regarding that issue. I had a similar issue and contacted them. There may be an issue with the wiring because my light shut off as well.

Answer:	The bluetooth remote on iPhone triggers the volume button to take a photo. So if the Instagram and Snapchat app can take photos by pushing the volume button then yes. The iOS camera works this way. The volume button works as a shutter button. I don’t use Instagram or Snapchat to know if they work that way. But the light is great and you'll look good for sure.
Question:	Can you put a gopro max camera on it while the ring light is on as well
Answer:	The LED light ring came with several adapters, most are for phones - although they have a spring and anything can fit on Device brackets - so I assume GoPro would work well too.

Answer:	I think it's supposed to give a warm glow but on video with all the filters I just look orange. I attempted to only use 2 of them and my eyes also looked red in the light like I was stoned, drunk or had been crying. I prefer the Diva Ring over Neewer because it comes with a cloth light diffuser opposed to the plastic diffuser/filters. I feel the cloth diffuser softens the light up more than the plastic ones.

Answer:	It probably depends on how bright you adjust the light. I just tested it and it was still looking pretty well lit in a dark room and I was 12 feet away

Answer:	Because these are LED lights there is no limit for leaving them on. Heat is not an issue but out of habit from my old photo days of super hot quartz units I turn any lights off if I'm not using them for a while. Answer:	Depends on your TV or your setup. It will work with Alexa. You have to enable the Ring skill and link your Ring Account. Easiest to do on the web at alexa.amazon.com. Then you can use the Firestick or Fire TV. Then you can say 'Alexa, show my Floodlight Cam' or whatever you call it. Current Samsung TV's detect it too but you may have to go the the Samsung SmartThings hub to enable it.

Answer:	Ours actually had a good amount. When it comes out the box, it is straight. But where we mounted it, we wanted it angled to the left. I would say that we had probably 30 degrees? Plus you are able to adjust the zone that it responds to.

Answer:	Simple answer is No or not easily. Ring will not fix or replace the bulb...Oh if you buy the extended warranty and they send you a whole new unit...What a waste!!! Or without the ExWar, you have to buy a new one to replace it so have to spend another $160 plus tax (they will give you a $100 discount to get a new one) for at max a $25-$30 bulb replacement! How is that for not being a part of the new Green Deal! This is a perfect example of customer NO-service in mind of the consumer SO BUYER BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING RING!!!! I guess I will try to jimmy-rig it like one of the consumers reported here to try but it outrageous and good bye to Ring, last one I purchase and I will tell any and all about this little (BIG) issue when purchasing an Ring product.

Answer:	I bought the one that fits canon camera, so it should work...and the light, it fits on to the lens that you are using, this has adapter rings for ...eg 55mm, but i find this vintage depending on the lens you use it with, I now use it as an attached flash unit, which is still very good. I do not use it over the lens as shown in the picture

Answer:	Constant light but not flash. The light can be set for 360degrees or 180 either side. But it is not a flash, just provides constant illumination for close up shots.
Question:	Is the continual light dimmable? If so, how many brightness levels. Thanks
Answer:	Technically it does have a light only feature, albeit only for about 10 seconds. If you press the 'Lamp" button two lights (top and bottom center) come on for about 10 seconds. I believe the main purpose is to see where the shadows, if any, will fall before taking the shot, but it works nicely for illuminating a subject also.
