Answer:	Prime shipping is 2 days after it leaves the warehouse. Amazon used to be really good about pulling your order the same day you placed it, but that has changed. Part of the delay to ship is because they use 3rd party vendors and the items aren't actually sitting in an Amazon warehouse.

Answer:	I can't imagine any shipment time would be so long that it would cause any issues. I've taken film to some hot locations without any issues. Heat becomes a bigger issues if you're storing the film for long periods of time like months or years. The only other time you need to be concerned about heat is if the film is expired.

Answer:	I’m not sure there are any ingredients that will make your skin more sensitive to sunlight in this product. However, generally it is a good idea to use a broad spectrum sunblock, which is why I think it’s written.

Answer:	I first apply this toner using my Shiseido cotton pads, then follow with the exfoliant. You want to use the toner first because it balances your skin's pH and prepares it for the products you will be applying next. As well, if you were to use the toner after the exfoliant it would likely dilute the effects of the exfoliant.

Answer:	Yes I prefer this one bc I am 36 with acne and fine lines, the other one was too abrasive which aggravated my acne. I use this with the BHA and my skin is amazing now. I truly do not remember the last time my skin was clear. Also, if you wear makeup put some of the 2% or less benzoyl peroxide cream that they have on after you have toned your skin before your moisturizer and you won't have to worry about the makeup clogging your pores.
