Question:	Do they make a soft case for these
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. While we have not tested this particular model, we do see that it comes with a tripod adapter, so it should be compatible. The Carson TA-50 is compatible with most standard tripods and window mounts.
Question:	What are the main difference between carson jr series and rd series
Answer:	It looks like the trigger stick itself attaches by a twist lock mechanism but according to the reviews it does have a ¼-20 thread on it. We are not sure if that’s under the trigger stick itself or if it is an accessory that attaches to the top. As long as there is a standard ¼-20 camera mount on it, it should work with the Carson tripod adapter.

Answer:	It should if the h20 is tapped under that round cap on the front of the binocular pivot. I believe offhand the Carson adapter is 1/4"×20.

Question:	Can this be mounted on a tripod
Answer:	I believe the 8x26 mm ones come with a case, but it is so large and bulky that when traveling (which is the only time we use them instead of 8x42's) we store them in a soft cloth bag with a drawstring, to save space and make them more accessible. We leave the neck strap in attached to the binoculars and allow it to dangle out of the mouth of the small storage bag.
Question:	Works with htc desire
Answer:	I did not have good luck with my Carson RD 8X42 binoculars. My first pair arrived exhibiting a cloudy or milky film in the bottom of the view. This did not cover the entire view but maybe the bottom 10% or so. I ordered a second pair, same thing. I sent back a pair to Carson which also did not improve the image. I tried to engage them with a conversation - was I using the binoculars correctly, to no avail. I don't know the answer to your question, but I'd stay away from Carson.
Question:	Works with an iphone 7 plus
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. The RDs have two loops on either side for a neck strap or harness. These are closed loops, so unless you use something that will attach to the belt loop and then the binoculars, it won't attach directly.
Question:	why will it not work with my rifle scope
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. It depends how much ambient lighting there is. In general, a larger objective lens diameter will gather more light, and while a compact pair of binoculars is more portable and convenient, a pair with a larger objective lens (like an 8x42mm) will be better to use in the dark. Usually, concerts tend to have a fair amount of artificial light though, so this may not be an issue.

Answer:	I think it is not designed to hang on that tightly. I am pretty sure the recoil and mass of a good sized phone on a rifle bigger than a 22 would knock it off - or worse. There may also another more practical problem in that you can't really focus a scope the way you do a telescope or something similar and that might present a problem. Finally, it would hang off the side of a rifle, most likely at an odd angle if the phone clears the action/stock at all. Having said all this, it works great on my telescopes and binoculars. I couldn't ask for a better solution.

Question:	Are these easy to adjust? Are they easy to keep in the position you want them in or do they come loose after use
Answer:	You can see the Moon and Saturn, and stars. How far can you see a specific item with sufficient definition to identify it? Determine how far you can do so with the naked eye and multiply by the binocular's magnifivation, e.g., if you can identify a person in a crowd at 100 yards easily, you will be able to do so equally well at 1000 yards with a 10x binocular. A bird at 50 yards will appear through the binoculars as it was 5 yards away.

Answer:	Yes it does. It is a soft case.
Question:	What is the optical and image quality of the 10 x 50 binoculars
Answer:	Usually eye relief of 11mm or more works good for people with glasses. This one has 17mm eye relief. So this one should be okay. Again, this is theoretical and personal comfort needs to be taken into account.
Question:	Is there a hard case that these binoculars will fit nicely into
Answer:	10x magnification versus 8x magnification. If you're bird-watching, hunting, etc., 10x is better. If you're watching a football game, needing low light capability, or genersl-purpose observation, e.g., standing watch on a ship 8x is better.

Answer:	You’ll have to search for any purpose made filters. Lacking those, if you have a solar filter for a telescope, mine for an 8” Celestron C8, you can create a homemade mount to hold that filter in front if the binos.
Question:	Why are there no pockets on the carrying case? No place to put the extra eyecups, lens cloth, or red dot rail
Answer:	I often wonder why not all dresses have pockets either. Probably the same reason airlines stopped serving meals.

The tripod adapter will now be attached to the tripod plate with 1/4 inch 20 screw, then you attach the tripod plate to the tripod and you can now enjoy your viewing.

Answer:	That is one of the primary reason I bought the 25x70's. I also have the 15x70's but for plane observation the 25's get you closer. At 35,000 feet (as a reviewer said before) you can see the printing on the plane on a clear crisp day. At night, and this is amazing to me, you can see the windows of the plane with the light coming out of them. If the planes are lower, the views are even more spectacular. NOW, you WILL need a TRIPOD with a VIDEO HEAD to help you keep the binoculars steady and to track the plane. I also recommend the Planefinder App so you know what is flying over you and what is approaching your area. I spend hours looking at the flight traffic over my house and these 25x70's are perfect and totally add to my enjoyment of looking at high altitude aircraft.

Answer:	There is no Ranger finder in the sense you push a button and a laser hits the target to tell you how far away it is. There are millimiter measurements on the optics that you can measure how many "mils" the object appears, then based on how large the object is(an estimation usually) use the sliding scale on the binoculars to get an approximation of the distance.

Question:	How would I go about using a tripod with these? What items would I need to get
Answer:	These are only 7x binoculars. You won't need a tripod until you get into higher magnifications. 7x50 used to be good standard binoculars for decades, because it offered enough magnification while still being able to easily hand-hold them steadily. At 10x it starts to get more difficult to keep them steady. 50mm lenses in them are just large enough to make images bright & sharp enough to see clear even in shady areas, shadows, & star gazing.
Question:	Can the focus be adjusted for near-sightedness
Answer:	Yes, it can be adjusted on the right eye piece to compensate for near sightedness. Helps me a lot since I have astigmatism in my right eye.

Answer:	Well technically one can see the great Andromeda galaxy (M31) with relative ease and good resolution in the night sky. The galaxy is about 2.5 million light years from earth (15 million-trillion miles), which is pretty far away Other objects that can be well studied with these binoculars include the Orion Nebula (1600 light years away), the craters on the moon, the pleadies star cluster (425 light years away), and much more. One can study planets using these binoculars too. With these, one can make out the 4 largest moons of Jupiter, and the elliptical shape of Saturn and its rings. I've also used these to locate the distant planets Neptune and Uranus I'm the sky. Ultimately the quality of viewing will depend on dark-sky conditions (light pollution, etc)These are good binoculars for their price.
