Answer:	Yes, sort of. Both sides have a mesh pocket at the bottom with the standard elastic-type band at the top (water bottle holder), and then 2/3rds of the way up on each side is a heavy strap sewn to the side of the bag. It would be perfect except that the straps are stitched to make fairly small loops, so you can't fit a tripod between the strap and the side of the bag. (My thumb fits through the center one -- my index finger fits through the outer two). You could pass a velcro strap or tie through to secure the top of a tripod, but that strap would naturally be oriented up and down, along the height of the bag, where you'd really want the strap oriented the other way, across the width of the side of the bag, to secure a tripod.

I had it recently on a trip to London and find it almost a bit too much as I put too much inside and only on one shoulder. Answer:	Not sure of the amount of weight. I carried a small video camer with its charger & cord. Larger digital camera with a lot of rechargable batteries as well as the battery charger. My kindle fit in the slot behind the main compartments plus all my memory cards that were in a zippered pouch. I'm sure I had more stuff in there just can't remember. Everything was very secured from rolling around & safe from touching each other with the dividers that are included. Plus it was not at all heavy from all this either.

Answer:	This bag is not overly large. Two Panasonic Lumix G5's or G6's would fit fine. Especially if you have the pancake lens. I have a Panasonic Lumix G5 with the 45-175mm Power Zoom lens attached to the camera and the 14-42 Power Zoom stored in the side pocket. I have enough room for the Panasonic Lumix FZ200 superzoom if I rearrange the adjustable padded dividers. There is room for two or three more lenses. This bag is THE BEST camera bag I have ever used or seen. It is very high quality and padded well. I will never change camera bags to a different model. I lost the use of my left hand and this bag is the only one I have found that I can easily use with only one hand. I have a big backpack style bag for my old Nikon equipment but it is way too big and awkward. This bag is perfect for the 4/3rds system cameras. I am sure you will love it if you buy it.

Answer:	The 36" is sturdy enough for two monitors, but if you have weak shoulders or neck issues, you will have difficulty lifting it. The lifting levers are located in the middle and not ergonomically correct; so you have to lean over to lift and pull up. I ended up giving mine to another coworker and ordered the 32" and it lifts like a feather. But it would not be sturdy enough for two monitors.
