Answer:	It is strong enough to hold a Canon 1DX ii or a Nikon D5, but for the sake of comfort I'd recommend the Peak Design Slide strap rather than the Slide Lite. The Slide is a bit wider and has a bit thicker area around the neck (or shoulder used sling style). I use the Slide on a Nikon D750 with battery grip, and the 1DX ii body weighs almost a pound more. Once you get a 24-70 f2.8 zoom attached you will definitely want the Slide over the Slide Lite. I use the Slide Lite with a Nikon D7200 which weighs about half.

Answer:	I have only used it alone. Since it goes through one of the slots used for the neck strap. I don't think you can get 2 straps through the slot.

Answer:	It works with any camera that has a tripod mount on the bottom (lug inserted in the mount) and a camera strap mount on the side. Although it makes the bottom of your camera "not flat" I love this method of stabilizing my camera in my hand.
