Answer:	I am very disappointed with the battery life. I recorded at 1080p, and the better was done within 45 minutes, if that. The other huge disappointment is if you keep your memory card in the camera, THAT also eats the battery - even when the camera is turned off. I had my battery at 100% when I went to bed, and the next morning it was at 15%. There is no way a memory card should use up that much battery life when the camera is turned off.

Answer:	I have two of my cameras pointed through my windows. One in front and one in back of house. As long as there is lighting, it will not glare. When it is very dark, there is a glare. I put out 2 small solar lights in the backyard and turned off the night vision and absolutely no glare ever since. No glare issues in the front of the house as the neighborhood is well lit.

They connect in the app within 10-20 seconds and the Person Detection is great. Answer:	Same discovery as Howard stated above. The current software in these cams, it doesn't not appear on my Windows 10 Ring app on my computer. It appears fine on my Android phone, but I pretty much do everything on my computer. I'm at work at home Cybersecurity engineer, so I like to see everything on my computer. I have 2 spotlight cams (over garage and one over the backyard) 2 of these indoor cams in my house (1st floor) and the Ring doorbell. I can see everything but the indoor cams that cover my 1st floor of the house. I have read via threads and forums though that the software is going to update this year sometime and they will eventually appear in the Windows 10 app on your computer systems, so that is a plus. The Ring devices check for updates themselves over your wifi network, so I'm assuming they will update themselves at one point and they will appear on my Windows 10 app one day soon. I'm hoping...it's one of the main reasons I got these. I want to be able to monitor and check on my three dogs on the first floor of the house, while I'm working in my office on the second floor.

Answer:	Nothing is 100% secure, what you need to do is balance the risk vs reward. MOST people will NEVER be hacked or have any issues.. maybe .. 1-2% will. My opinion only, I can not speak or influence anyone. If networks are secured and have passwords etc.. hacking is very rare and I have not had any issues with it so far.

Answer:	The sync module 2 will still function like a traditional sync module, compatible with all generations of Blink cameras, however, only Blink Indoor and Outdoor and Blink Mini cameras will be compatible with local storage functionality. All other generations of cameras (indoor, XT and XT2) will be cloud based if/when they are added to the SM2. All existing customers who have an account created on or before 4/15/2020 will receive free cloud storage on all devices added to their account going forward, including Mini, and Blink Indoor and Outdoor.

Answer:	Yes, the New Blink Outdoor camera can be added to your existing Blink System.
Question:	How fast do they begin recording after motion? My arlo cameras continually miss cars coming in the driveway
Answer:	The recording starts immediately upon motion sensing. The *Early Notification* Beta setting alerts you within 5 seconds of motion detection, and you can access the Live View from your phone and choose whether you'd like to keep the live view clip. The live view clip then saves for as long as you'd like to continuously watch (which you'll be prompted to do), otherwise, you'll recorded clip will only be as long as you sell it to be(upto 60 seconds) with a cool down of 10seconds between clips with motion. Also, you can toggle whether you want it to stop recording 2seconds after motion end, or allow it to always record for the triggered clip length. I purchased mine mid- December 2020, and it works amazingly.
Question:	How are these different than my Blink XT2 cameras
Answer:	I just spoke with a Blink representative on the phone, he informed me that if you have a blink account activated before 4/15/20 using the older cameras (i.e. XT2), if you purchase the new cameras, they can be added to your existing system and they will be able to utilize the free cloud storage since the account is grandfathered in. The cloud storage paid plan is only for accounts made after 4/15/20.

Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective. Answer:	Depends on your TV or your setup. It will work with Alexa. You have to enable the Ring skill and link your Ring Account. Easiest to do on the web at alexa.amazon.com. Then you can use the Firestick or Fire TV. Then you can say 'Alexa, show my Floodlight Cam' or whatever you call it. Current Samsung TV's detect it too but you may have to go the the Samsung SmartThings hub to enable it.

Answer:	Ours actually had a good amount. When it comes out the box, it is straight. But where we mounted it, we wanted it angled to the left. I would say that we had probably 30 degrees? Plus you are able to adjust the zone that it responds to.
Question:	Can the flood light bulbs be changed out when they burn out
Answer:	Simple answer is No or not easily. Ring will not fix or replace the bulb...Oh if you buy the extended warranty and they send you a whole new unit...What a waste!!! Or without the ExWar, you have to buy a new one to replace it so have to spend another $160 plus tax (they will give you a $100 discount to get a new one) for at max a $25-$30 bulb replacement! How is that for not being a part of the new Green Deal! This is a perfect example of customer NO-service in mind of the consumer SO BUYER BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING RING!!!! I guess I will try to jimmy-rig it like one of the consumers reported here to try but it outrageous and good bye to Ring, last one I purchase and I will tell any and all about this little (BIG) issue when purchasing an Ring product.
