Answer:	Fully extended, from the tip of the quarter inch mounting screw on each end to the other is nine and three-quarter inches. Attach the mount and you get closer to the 11 inch dimension they specify.

Answer:	Don’t have a piece of 2” OD tubing to check, but it’ll be iffy at best. Works on 1-3/4”…

Answer:	I've had it clamped to my motorcycle in wet weather. I dry it when I'm finished riding. No rust under those use conditions.

Answer:	It has a 1/4"-20 bolt on the end so yes you can,however the small disc won't give much support the arn it is very sturdy but I would screw it to a a quick release base and plate myself.

Answer:	Depends on the diameter of the rod but I don't think so. The teeth of the jaw clamp tightly but the gullets only closed down to 1/2inch.
