Answer:	I bought the non-rechargeable but they do offer some that are. I have four cameras and found that the non-rechargeable tend to last at least 6 months so I don't have a need to frequently reorder any way.

Question:	Arlo needs to make a flat, 20-ft+, white, outdoor charging cable that actually works. Any estimate as to when we can expect one
Answer:	I used a 10' zmodo extension cable. It's flat. I had to turn the camera upside down to plug it in. It has normal micro usb connections, not the weatherproof connections on the Arlo cable. Mine is under my porch roof so it isn't exposed to much weather. It seems to charge fine as long as the weather is warm and it is very sunny. Before I found the Zmodo cable, I used a normal long micro usb cable with a Electop USB 2.0 A Female to USB Micro Female Adapter Converter to connect the cable. It was 20' long and worked fine. I wrap the connections with electrical tape to keep the weather out. I also have a right angle micro usb cable, so I could turn the camera rights side up, but I would have to use the adapter and I don't have to use it with the Zmodo cable.
Question:	So if arlo is fully charge & solar panel is used to keep the batteries charged, what happens on cloudy days when there is no direct sunlight
Answer:	The solar panel doesn't necessarily need direct sunlight to charge. We have one camera that we used for the purpose of testing; that one camera is rarely below 95% charge and I live on a Mountain where we typically had foggy/rainy mornings/days. The solar panel was able to keep up, very well. This also depends upon how you have your camera set up for sensitivity and how often it is in use. I have my video settings set at "Optimized" (Mid-level) with both Microphone and Speakers on with Motion sensitivity at 50% (due to leaves, dog, etc). Any human movement is reported and quite often leaves.. but never my pet.
