Answer:	I’m not positive if mine was fully charged or not because the first thing I do is charge it. All nicad/lithium rechargeable batteries fade while sitting on a shelf. It’s a “best practice” to fully charge before use and to cycle them a few times. Meaning use until dead and fully recharge them. Receiving a faded battery doesn’t mean it is bad or anything. Answer:	I use wasabi in my D750. They work fine, just don’t last as long as the Nikon battery though.

Answer:	Yes you can out your OEM batteries in this no problem. But be careful about putting these knock off batteries in the Nikon OEM changer. It is very likely if you charge these batteries with OEM the cameral will not use them and display that this is a bad battery

Answer:	I would not. The charger from Nikon uses a robust step down from 120 volts. The charger with this uses 5 volts from a USB connection and has to step it up to 10 volts to charge. The step up boards of this type are known to fail early. You could ruin your nikon battery which is of considerably higher quality. My ome nikon 1080 MaH battery is a year old and tests to 1,029 mA. This cheep battery supposedly 1600 MA is testing to 729 MA.

Answer:	It comes with a usb cable. You can plug usb into your computer or do as I do and use my Kindle charger plug with the usb cable to charge the batteries. You can also use a C-cable if you have a device that uses that (I think maybe Samsung phone has this or some Android devices, not sure). I have been using the batteries in my camera and so far think they are completely compatible and great for the price. I really like the lighted display in the battery charger that shows level of charge. It will charge 2 batteries at the same time and I think with in a reasonable time. The price and quality are unbeatable and I think you would be pleased.

Answer:	The el15. 15a and 15b are cross compatible. However the b will last longer than the original 15. The B is also the only one that will charge while in the z6 or 7 camera. All three will charge with this charger. This is per Nikon site. From experience, this 15 works great and keeps pace with the Nikon 15.

Answer:	No...the D300S requires a battery that looks similar, but the D300S requires a EN-EL3e Battery

Answer:	The charger with no plates attached is for Nikon EN-EL18 type batteries. Additional plates are included, 1 each, to charge the EN-EL4A battery, and a similar Canon battery. The charger works in sequence, one battery, then the other. The calibrate button on the OEM Nikon charger cause the battery to be discharged completely, and then recharged. This can take a very long time.
