Answer:	The 6 n batteries were actually made to be used in Japan. They have some strict rules about what power sources can be used there. But basically the same battery.

Answer:	Its hard to tell. I would not trust any battery where they dont show the back of the battery. Look at the blue label on the back and compare to a real LP-E6N. YES there is a difference between the LP-E6N and the LP-E6. The LP-E6N works with in body charging on the ROS R body and battery grip the LP_E6 does not.
