Answer:	I just got these and I’m using them with my iPhone X. Background noise is not blocked at all and the sound leaks before I’m even halfway up on my volume and it is loud. Everyone’s going to hear what you are listening to. Frustrating. Love the look of them but they aren’t going to work for the gym.

Answer:	I have both the wired and wireless and I love the wireless more. The wireless has better sound and bass. Plus it seems to be of higher quality.

Answer:	Yes, with the wire they give you. I’ve been able to use them with my iPhone and with PS4 with wire. Because OS4 doesn’t support other Bluetooth devices.

Answer:	Actually yes it’s normal in Bluetooth “headset” mode but not a problem with these skullcandy headphones but the source device. Ensure your device is configured for hi-fidelity audio mode and not “headset”. The mic will still work but audio will be what you expect/want. I have other headphones that also sound aweful when device is set on “headset” which the Bluetooth goes into 8ksps 1990’s telephone quality. Why that BT mode is still around is beyond me.

Answer:	Plantronics 66735-01 Uniband CS50 Headband with ear Cushion for CS50 I purchased this Uniband for my CS55 and it works fine. The ear bud still sits on the charger even with the band on it. It made quite a difference in the weight on the ear which everyone in the office is raving about. I used to wear my ear bud on the left ear and when ever I got a call on my cell or needed to answer another phone in the office, I would take the ear bud off so I could use my left ear (I'm sure there is some DNA that we have that determines which ear we like to answer the phone with). So if you already have the Plantronics system you only need to but the headband. Answer:	Bogus. The over-ear sucks. That sharp plastic digs into your ear. They need to redesign the plastic piece and make it round, rather than a sharp piece of plastic with a piece of foam over it (that you will lose). I would prefer to be able to style my hair, but I have resorted to the headband.

Answer:	Yes, but you will need to purchase the Plantronics APU - 75 hook switch adapter and you'll need to install the Plantronics Hub software. With this setup, I can use it for any PC software and VOIP calls.

Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. I am disappointed, as I am a huge Plantronics fan, and over the years have outfitted folks in my company with SAVI units, etc.I will be contacting Plantronics about this, and will post more info.

Question:	Is there much difference between Voyager Pro HD and the Legend
Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Question:	can this be used for cell phones
Answer:	no. It's happened once or twice when the left fails to pair at all, but I'm pretty sure that was a bug. normally, the right runs out of battery first, and putting it back in the case also cuts the connection with the left. I've never had the left work on its own.

Answer:	Not good in sound and if you have little ears they don’t stay in .
