Question:	Will this stand pair with ag9+ and ag9 wireless head phones
Answer:	Not sure to be honest. I still have my original Afterglow Prismatics working with this stand through it's optical connection. The reason I'm not sure it'll work is because the stand, I believe, is hard coded to the older model headphones. The Ag9 models came out after the production of this stand, and although I personally think it's the same headphones with a new chassis/can design I don't think it will work. I could be wrong about that. Sorry, I know this doesn't help much. If I found a good price I would buy it, try it, if I liked it, I would keep it; if not, return it.
Question:	Does it works with the ps4 slim model? Because i have my afterglow but only for ps3 with that tower
Answer:	The Afterglow Dolby 5.1 Tower is designed to work specifically for the Afterglow Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound Wireless Headset, which should have no problem working with all variations of the PlayStation 4. Answer:	If you can't find the answer on the Plantronics website I would call them. This model is specifically designed to work w/ MS Lync (now Skype for business). There is another model that isn't specifically designed to work w/ MS. IIRC Plantronics lists on their website which softphones are compatible w/ their headsets. Mine works w/ the Ring Central softphone but I don't know about the five9 softphone.

Answer:	As long as the USB is plugged in and the controllers in place it's charging. If you unplug the USB I don't see why you couldn't leave the controllers docked. It shouldn't drain or hurt them. I just leave mine docked and charging all the time.

Answer:	The headset allows one to answer a call with a press of a button. The silver button on the side of the headset answers and disconnects the call. One can also mute and adjust the volume from the headset. I will also add, once adjusted the sound quality is excellent and the range from the base allows one to roam an office without dropping a call (I've walked outside and half a block from my office and never dropped the call).
