Answer:	Yes - refer to page 33 in the manual under 'silent mode'. Set the beginning and end time one minute apart (ex: begin 10:30pm - end 10:29pm.) This will turn the ringer off on the cordless unit. Do this on the cordless hand set you want to silence. It took me awhile to figure this out. Hope this helps.I use the hand set as a bedroom ex. If you want it to come back on during certain times set the on/off times accordingly. Mine stays off at all times.

Answer:	The headset did not come with the phone system, I bought it separate. But yes, it does have a clip to attach to your shirt/belt and the sound quality is excellent.

Answer:	I see that the comments on the headset jack show that there is not one on the base unit. Those comments were made in 2015 and it is now 2019. Have they updated to include a headset jack on base and if so, what headsets can be used that have two ear coverings rathe than just the one with a band to your head on the other side. Answer:	These work great for Allworx 9204/9208/9212/9224/9308/9312 phones, and should work equally well for any other Allworx handset that have the dedicated headset jack. The Allworx phone will auto-answer when removing the headset from the charger, or pressing the big "answer" button in the middle of the headset, as well as hang up when pressing the button or returning the headset to the charger. They can remain "off-hook" with no sound in your ear, until you answer an incoming call/line on the handset or in the Interact App. It's a great headset for receptionist and heavy call use. (We've used many of these in my office since 2015. I'm replacing one at 5 years old, due to reduced 4-5 hour battery life and the headset falling off of the ear-hook adapter. It's the HQ reception headset with mostly continuous daily business-hours use for almost 5 years straight.)

Answer:	Ditto to the other responses - you need to hold the button down to stay muted. When on long conference calls, I frequently put myself on mute and this feature's function has not been an issue because both my LAN and mobile phones have mute buttons.

Answer:	It WILL work with an iPhone, and most Android phones. You just need to also purchase a 2.5 mm (female) to 3.5 mm (male) adapter. (This headset has a 2.5 mm pin/plug, and the iPhone has a 3.5 mm socket.) These adapters are available on Amazon for around $4. I had looked quite extensively for a headset with a 3.5 mm pin (also know as plug or jack) without success. They just do not seem to be available in a headset of this quality. However, I have used this set up for several years now when working from home (or even in the office) and it works well! The headset will fail before the adapter does. :)

Answer:	Plantronics 66735-01 Uniband CS50 Headband with ear Cushion for CS50 I purchased this Uniband for my CS55 and it works fine. The ear bud still sits on the charger even with the band on it. It made quite a difference in the weight on the ear which everyone in the office is raving about. I used to wear my ear bud on the left ear and when ever I got a call on my cell or needed to answer another phone in the office, I would take the ear bud off so I could use my left ear (I'm sure there is some DNA that we have that determines which ear we like to answer the phone with). So if you already have the Plantronics system you only need to but the headband.
