Your call center team will tell you that your room should be pin drop quiet despite having a microphone with this feature. If you are watching TV between calls during a low queue period, you should still mute it and use closed caption.

Answer:	I do not know the exact weight in ounces but I use it all the time. Great tool. I did not notice the weight till now. It's the heaviest thing in my pocket next to my wallet but you do not notice it once you get used to it over time. You miss it when its not in there. I use it all the time for opening things and for cutting small things. It's not to big so do not expect it to be great for big jobs. Scissors are nice but not great, too small for my uses. Smooth blade and serrated blade I use the most. You will like it I am sure.
