Answer:	Depends on the total weight of the tv and mounting points of the arms. It's better to get one labeled as "75 but often 70-75 are same thing

Answer:	What are you referring to by anchors? If you mean the concrete anchors take a lag bolt to the hardware store and match it up. If you're going to install on drywall you can purchase 1/4 inch strap toggles. The anchors that come with it will not support your tv in drywall. You shouldn't have a problem securing to at least one stud and use a couple strap toggles.

Answer:	Mine came with two saddle straps (u shaped straps) and screws. You can put the straps anywhere you want, except over an outlet and screw them to the wall. Which I bought mine many years ago, but I would assume they are still doing that.
