If you did replace the plug with a standard 208 to 250 VAC plug (NEMA 6-15P), you'd would fool anyone looking at these outlets into thinking they were the lower voltage. You'd end up destroying a lot of equipment. Also the surge components within the device may clamp at 330 volts peak, but they begin to conduct at a lower voltage. Running the device at 220 VAC (this is RMS value, not the peak value) would soon cook the surge components.

Answer:	I believe the answer is NO. The ground bar runs along one side of the power strip and twisting any plug around to alter the orientation of the plug would be very difficult simply because of the ground.

Answer:	That would be 16 Crock Pots and that would be asking a lot from a single outlet, let alone a power strip. The average power for a standard Crock Pot operating on the lowest setting is 108 watts. This power strip is rated for a max of 1875 watts. 16 Crock Pots operating at the 108 watt level totals 1728 watts, and even though this is under the max of 1875 watts it does not take into account the extra power required if any of the pots are set to a higher setting. I would divide the number of pots up across two or three power strips of this rating and that should handle the load and also distribute power across multiple outlets (and hopefully circuit breakers).

Answer:	No screws included. Basic screws that you probably have around the house will work. Two typical large openings on the back that slides into a thinner slot to secure. I mounted mine on the wall behind the tv.

Mounting Method

1. Measure the distance between the 2 keyhole slots with the same direction on the back of the power strip.

2. Punch 2 holes on the baseboard with the distance you just measured and insert two self-tapping screws.

3. Put the power strip into the screws and then pull it down a little bit. Please ensure that the screws slide into the smaller holes.
