Answer:	For ceiling mount, the TRX manual (not the mount instructions, but the manual that came with the trainer) suggests the suspension anchor be 6' off the ground, so you should be okay. Once the mount is installed, you would wrap the suspension anchor strap through the mount loops until the bottom loop is 6' above ground. You would then clip the trainer into the suspension anchor bottom loop. The foot cradles should be 3" off the ground. Hope this helps. The mount is solid. Love it!

Answer:	To my knowledge I don't see any hole for the speaker wire. Lets say there is a hole hard to say you can fit the wire through the hole.In my case I use the mount for onkyo 7.1 sourrond system. This speakers are heavy. So I use on the joints nut and bolt to make it stronger plus I use thick wire.Other wise if your speakers are heavy like mine don't recommend it.the reason I purchased it is because Amazon advertised as recommended mount for my speakers. I think thats wrong, if I known before I wouldn't buy it. I think It would worth if you pay a little bit more and get stronger mount if you plan to use it for heavy speakers. However for the money yes it's cheap. You can save some... Again that my point of view.

Question:	I have a tannoy cpa-5 speaker with two mounting holes 2 3/8 inches apart. will this mount work
Answer:	It might be tight, but there should be enough room to get them mounted correctly, provided that the speakers do not weigh more than 8 pounds. They can be securely mounted using only one mounting hole if necessary.
Question:	would these be good for the micca mb42 bookshelf speakers
Answer:	No. Those speakers are stand-alone bookshelf speakers, and do not have integrated mounting hardware to attach mounts to. You do not want to drill into the cabinet, as it will greatly affect the sound quality of the speaker
Question:	Do these come with screws? If so what size
Answer:	Thanks for your question. Yes, these come with screws, the size of screws are Phillips Screw 1/4”-20 x 22mm, Phillips Screw 1/4”-20 x 38mm, Phillips Screw 8-32 x 12mm,Phillips Screw 1/4”-20 x 12mm,Phillips Screw M5 x 20mm and Nut M5. Question:	Do these brackets support the Bose cinemate 520 speakers
Answer:	I'm guessing they should..... These seem to be a universal kit that will mount just about any design smaller speaker.
