Answer:	I have owned this. The universal charger WILL charge batteries individually. There are 4 charging 'points' and you can choose to put one small battery (AA or AAA) in one point. Cs and Ds are charged individually in each point, so their max is only 4 at a time total.

Answer:	I found a trick online that RESTORED ALL MY BATTERIES. It looks like magic but it worked for me on 8 batteries. You can google it and find the videos. Basically: find two short wires. Connect a bad battery with a good battery for 3-4 seconds (male to male, female to female). This will resurrect the bad battery but drain the good one. Now charge them both. Again, this trick salvaged 8 batteries I already put for recycling.

Answer:	First thing why would someone wants to use a charger for storage? I have left batteries in the charger for up to 10 hours after charge and have not had any problems. Answer:	No, China. I searched for a charger made in USA, but no luck finding one.

Answer:	They will get warm, but not to the point where you cannot touch them. Are you using the EBL charger? That thing is a piece of crap. I bought one from Interstate Batteries, and haven't had a problem. The EBL charger kept telling me that the batteries (EBL as well) were not charging due to an error.
