Answer:	You would have to discuss this with the company that makes them. However, the dependency would be the power drawn from each thermostat - if they are the new low energy types it may work. The only problem would be the wiring.

Answer:	In looking at the box it appears that the three outputs are already in parallel and merely provide three unique connection points for the same total output. This implies that you can just connect the winch to a single pair. The concern would be that this supply provides a maximum of 30A and the winch draws a maximum of 30A so there is no margin. It is usually good practice to have some margin (excess capacity) to accommodate startup spikes and extend the life of the power supply.
