Answer:	As I wrote above, I think it's a year, but the bulb was working fine up till I gave the TV away, and I think it still is. Call Philips, they'll give you the warranty period.

Answer:	I can only attest to the product I received and it was the real deal. I ordered from a different seller and like yourself was disappointed by the bulb not working but wasn't even what was advertised. Luckily I placed my order and couldn't be happier. I have the correct part (OEM Phillips bulb) and happy to be able to watch TV again!!! Hope this helps.

Answer:	There are no Philips markings on the bulb that I received from this vendor. All other bulbs I have bought have been clearly marked with Philips logo. I do not believe this vendor is using OEM bulbs.

Answer:	The original OEM bulb, which was a Phillips, lasted 5 years. Lost brightness. It's replacement, an after market knockoff, lasted 3 years, went over-current, would not turn on. This present Phillips bulb is 9 months old and still going strong. When it dies, it's new TV time.
