Answer:	While the capabilities are there, you may experience a muffled sound. However, being creative, you can simply modify the case as I have, I simply punched/drilled holes in the case and i have my tunes at work, as a retired Marine, i am pretty tough on things, so I demand the products I purchase fit my intended purpose, I am a Journeyman Union Ironworker and i work at heights with limited access to comforts, and due to safety regulations we are prohibited to wear any type of ear listening devices. I simply, hook my enclosed, secure and protected beloved UB to my tool belt harness and up the iron i go. I have tunes, I’m safe, my UB is safe and my day is great! I have good sound. To add, i had one time actually handed it to a Brother Ironworker who, dropped it from 12 stories, where we watched in amazement the case containing my UB flip, and spin as it bounced off the iron as it made itself to ground zero, while playing AC/DCs Highway to Hell.... and at the end of the day, we went doen to locate and retrieve my UB. We were questioning one another what we thought the site would be when ww finally found it... we didn’t have to search long, it was still playing tunes aa it was paired with my iphone xs which we followed to it! Amazingly, it was still inside the case and the case suffered very little damage, we opened it to inspect the damage of the UB, it was very minimal with a slieght indent but still operating at 100%. Im certain it will suffer more falls in the future, for now, the case is incredible able to take conditions as i stated above. So for a golfer, unless you swing a nine iron intentionality at it, you will be fine.How much would the odds arrive to have it drop onto hard surface? Drill it, set it, zip it, hang it, tine it in amd enjoy putting some holes knowing youll be happy!
