How to set remote control:

1. Press and hold the the equipment key you want to learn on L336 until the indicator light is on, and then release. ( For example, if you are learning from your TV remote, please press the TV key. )

2. Place L336 ＆ the original remote head to head 1 inch.

3. Press the key you want to learn on YOUR Original Remote and L336’s indicator light will flash quickly.

4. Press the CORRESPONDING key on L336, the indicator light will be on.

5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for other keys you want to learn.

6. Press the the equipment key again to exit, and the indicator light will be off.

Answer:	I have this remote working fine with my Roku Ultra. The trick to get it to learn from your Roku remote is to unplug the Roku. This forces the remote to go into IR mode, and you can then use it to teach the universal remote. When the Roku is plugged in, the Roku remote is in RF mode and does not transmit IR.

Question:	Will this work with apple tv
Answer:	Yes, this will work for replacement for URC-2220. This one has IR as well as RF whereas the URC-2220 only has IR.
Question:	Will this remote control the power on and off on my Samsung tv and my onkyo receiver and the volume up and down and mute on receiver
Answer:	It's straight forward..directions are on the back of the remote. Found that it only turns the TV on or off. Can't change channels without cox receiver..
Question:	Does everyone see a green light when pairing? Mine does not ever show a green light
Answer:	I have 2 of them and both work perfectly. Return it if you can and get another.
Question:	Does the remote need line of sight to the Roku box
Answer:	This remote is for the Cox Mini boxes and I don't think any of the mini boxes can record programs, they are a very basic cable box.

Product features

Install two AAA batteries into the battery box. Please kindly noted that the batteries are coming with the R2 package.

Press and hold Red'on/off' and 'mute' on SofaBaton R2 for more than 3 seconds, then release them when the red LED is on. It means the SofaBaton R2 is ready for learning.

Press the desired button on the SofaBaton R2，the red LED will blink rapidly, Place the SofaBaton R2 head to head (about 1 inch apart) from your original remote control.

The SofaBaton R2 will automatically exit learning mode if 30 seconds elapse without actions. Or you can press Red'on/off'and 'mute' simultaneously to exit learning mode.
