Answer:	Once the back tabs mount to the wall the curved front is 7.25 inches from the wall at it furthest (front/center) but only 6 inches at the corners where the sides turn to the curved front. The width between the sides is 8.75 inches. I'll let you or your contractor work all the options but a rounded duct would be 7.25 max and the rectangular options could be at least 8.5x6 and maybe more than 6 but would depend on the width in terms of if the front curve will accommodate. you might want to plot the measurements I gave you on a piece of cardboard to make the curve side realistic and then see what will work best for you.

I have washed cover numerous times and it washes well, no pilling or fading.
