If you don't have the gps+cellular watch activated with cellular service, it works just like a gps only watch. Also, the gps only watch is 8gb vs 16gb for the gps+cellular.

When the two earphones can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?

- Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off)

- Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list

- Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white

- During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process)

- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid

- Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list 'T12' then select to pair

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure, but my best guess is that you got an older batch that is starting to break down. I wouldn't even use it as you'll probably end up needing to get a cleaner to get the mess this "dust cleaner" leaves behind.

Answer:	I’ve only used it once and had it unopened for a month and when first opening it was extremely slimey sticking to things but after you use it a bit, it gets thicker and less slimey. We just keep it in room temperature house, never the car in the heat.
Question:	Will this device fit in a case meant for AirPods
Answer:	No you don’t have to throw it away for a long time. It can be used repeatedly unless you used it and it’s extremely dirty. Even then, you might be able to rinse it, dry it and keep using it. I haven’t gotten mine that dirty yet because I use it as a keyboard cleaner so I am not sure if you rinse it if you can keep using it. If you try rinsing it and it still works, please let us know. Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.
Question:	I am not a fan of headphones that seal your ear completely and make it sound like you are in a deft bubble. Do these headphones do that
Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Question:	Is it hard to take out of the case
Answer:	Removing the bottom part of the case should not give you any problems - just be sure to hold on firmly to the upper part and apply pressure equally on both sides to not stress the hinge. The top part, however, might be a bit more problematic if you attached it using the included double sided tape. I'd take a lot more care with trying to remove that part as that could definitely add more stress to the hinge.
