Answer:	I use it with a 50’ HDMI cable to an outside TV with no lag at all.

Answer:	I'm happy to say there is absolutely no automatic switching. That feature does not work perfectly and is a pain. I do not want any switch to move until I manually tell it to do so. That way the switching is problem free. I would pay tripple for a switch (like this one) that has no automatic feature. It never works correctly all the time, a hassle.

Answer:	I am using a fire stick and blu-ray player. 2 things how is your fire stick from your router? I moved my router because it said, You have a fair signal. You want a good or strong signal from your router cable modem with router. I also used a high quality 3 foot $ 16 HDMI cable from Home Depot. More money then the the switch. I also have a LG HD TV love this tv. I have no sound lag.
Question:	Do I need an hdmi cable for the single end or is one included
Answer:	You will definitely need 3 HDMI cables, with male connectors on all ends, to obtain full use of the Techole Bi-Directional HDMI Switcher. However, you may need to avoid inputting signals using HDMI cables with Ferrite cores. (HDMI cables with Ferrite cores have a round cylinder located just before the connectors on each end.) I use 2 Techole switchers: One splits a Roku output between my TV and receiver and the other one does the same for a Blu-ray disk player. My first HDMI input cables had Ferrite cores and the Techole switcher did not work at all; no switch light and no output signal. However, when I used non-Ferrite core HDMI cables for the input signals, the Techole worked perfectly, even with Ferrite core cables leading from the Techole switcher to the TV and receiver. As an additional precaution, I used 3 foot HDMI cables to minimize signal loss to the Techole input terminal.

Answer:	Might be one (or more) of your HDMI cables. Make sure they are the proper standard supporting 4k (HDMI rev 1.4 or greater) which will be printed along the length of the cable. Many rev 1.3 cables will still work, but not guaranteed as part of the 1.3 standard.
Question:	Are there rubber feet or grips on the bottom to keep it from moving around
Answer:	It is very lightweight as mentioned but the wires will suspend it and hold it in place without the wires or the splitter coming loose. It will move around though unless you get rubber feet and tie the wires to a heavy object. You could also use velcro.

Answer:	From looking at the Q&A of the newer model of this same product. It appears that It will only duplicate your laptop display to two monitors as appose to extending your laptop display. (Like having a projection of your laptop screen rather than having another window open.)

Answer:	Yes. 100% bypassed. Just ordered and received on 9/13/20. Ordered in Seattle area in case that helps with discrepancies in results (which might be from different stock in different areas?) One thing I found was audio signal on output1 was not accurate... sounded like it was missing the center channel. Didn’t matter to me output2 worked fine.

Question:	Do anyone has tried double tape to secure this to a wall? Does it emits heat
Answer:	I used to work for DIRECTV and I would not recommend using tape to secure that to a wall I would recommend getting a plastic fastener to anchor it into the wall or just leave it loose because you do not want to bend the HDMI cable because it will degrade the signal over time. As for heat I haven’t noticed any yet but when electronics do heat up it will be located where the the hub (3 hdmi connection side).

Answer:	Nope! I just got mine today and I'm using only 2 hdmi ports and it works awesomely!! Hope this helps!

Answer:	We got it so we could plug in both our DVD player and the fire stick at the same time, but it scrambles the signal if we have them both plugged in. It does make it easier to plug them in instead of having to search around the back of the TV to find the USB port. It may work better on your brand of TV if it’s a newer model, ours is about 6 yrs old now, Samsung Plasma. I would say to give it a try and if it scrambles your signal you could always return it. I’m just too lazy to do so at this point ;)

Answer:	I don't think your audio problem would be due to the switch. HDMI bundles the audio and video signals together, if you're getting anything at all, audio or video, then the switch is working. I suggest you try making a direct connection from the source to your applet without the switch, if possible, as a test. Check your applet settings.

Then turn ON whatever you have on (2) and press the button the button on the switch. ..a green light will go on near #2. In each case the GRREN light should go o next to the number. The switch gets its power for the Green light when the device is on. To avoid any problem..Turn Device (1 )OFF when using DEVICE on (2 ) and vice versa (2) OFF when (1) is in use. The button on switch transfers the connection to the two Devices(e.g a VCR player and a DVD player are accessed without plugging and unpluggin when you have just one HDMI input to a TV...But you have to press the button on the switch when MAKING the switch. Hope it all makes sense.

I think you need a splitter that supports 2.0 hdmi. If you have two 4k monitors and use this product it might either not work or it might work but only let you display 1080p on your 4k monitor. I would google 4k splitter before buying anything, do some research.
