Answer:	Sorry, but I do not have that configuration, having cut the cord some time ago. I use the auto switch to alternate between 2 separate devices which are only turned on for immediate use. In that configuration, the switch works reliably.

Answer:	In theory HDMI 2.0 should do 1440p at 144Hz, but I have not tested it with this device. The device claims to support HDMI 2.0. For context, 1440p@144Hz takes about 7% more bandwidth than 4k@60Hz.

Answer:	Technically with most of these switches they sense a device being powered and then make that switch location the active one. So if Google powers up chrome cast and that causes the switch to recognize that...then maybe...but I doubt it. I don’t recommend this product. It failed on me in less than a year and the manufacturer did not respond to ANY of their warranty contact methods. I have replaced it with the Kinivio switch which has been much better. Also, these switches all have trouble with “always on” devices like game systems and potentially the chromecast. This may require manual switching but the Kinivio has a nice little remote and the ability for you to turn off the auto-switching and select your desired output on the box or via the remote.

Question:	Got my 2.0 3port switch hooked up, just wondering when i turn off the tv is the switch supposed to be turned off also or will the tv turn it off
Answer:	On mine the TV does not turn it off, I don't think it matters if it's turned off or let on, my case I turn it off because I only use it when I'm using my DVD player.

Answer:	ONLY on occasian will I have the interruption of signal to the output HDMI to the TV. It hasn't occurred when manually alternate from the present input to anothe, only when the unit automatically alternates to another of the inputs because of the loss of the present one; the present one's loss due to it source device being powered off or the like. And I'm powering my unit with power coming from the input devices HDMI cables and not the USB cable connected to a device. If you are using the USB power cable try not and see if it fixes the issue; if not try using the USB power cable for power to see if it fixes it.

It did not auto switch, recommend you get a Cable Matters version of this switch it does auto switch to the most recent powered on device. To answer you question, Yes I installed a cable matters switch at a friends house with a blu-ray, Fire TV, and Fios Box and it works great.

Answer:	It should, both my flat screen led and my projector are hooked up thru an htpc computer with it. 1280x1024 is the highest resolution I see in the description but if your trying to do it with 2 higher resolution monitors let us know how that goes. It might not output in full resolution.

Answer:	Yes! Its best to use the remote that comes with it so you can switch to different inputs. I have the Chromecast hooked up myself it works fine. It also displays 1080p if you have a source that plays 1080p such as blu ray, ps4, Xbox one.

Answer:	Plug the 'output' from the little box to the HDMI Input on your TV. Then add HDMI devices (up to 3) connected to the little box from the output of your devices (Computer, DVD player, Game System). Without DC power, though, the device will automatically switch to whichever HDMI device you power up (the remote control will be ineffective, always). If multiple ones are powered at once (like Computer is always connected, but I do not always want to stream from the computer) you may have a problem and will NEED the DC adapter. Answer:	Based on all the other input I was worried my DirecTV HD Box H23-600 would require the switch box to need a 5V power adapter. I guess for DirecTv Genies and maybe other HD DVR, you may need a power adapter. The non-DVR DirecTV HD H23-600 box I had worked fine without an adapter. Even with other input connections unconnected or connected with devices unplugged (no power). Just another data point for this product in case you have this DirecTV HD box.

Question:	When using roku, do you still need to power the roku with the usb or wall outlet
Answer:	I don't have Roku, but I did have to externally power my Amazon Fire Stick. Of course, the HDMI switch quit working after about 4 months. When running the DVD, that had worked with it for 4 months, the image started pausing for several seconds at a time. I got a new DVD. It showed the same symptoms. When I bypassed the GANA switch with either DVD, they worked fine. Tried my PC with it as well. Got messages that the protocol was corrupt. Bypassed the GANA with my PC, too, and it worked fine without the GANA in the way.
Question:	Can you daisy chain two or more of these together
Answer:	I think so. Just not forget this are switches and only one output could be active. Let’s sai we make two chain by connecting input hdmi of second switch to output number 1 of first switch and then connect input of first switch to tv hdmi. If we activate output hdmi number 2 or 3 of the first switch, whole second switch will be unavailable. It will me available ONLY if output number 1 of first switch is active. In this case we have 5 outputs we could choose from, but again ONLY one of them could be active.
Question:	When 3 devices are connected, will it switch to the device that is turned on automatically
Answer:	I have another identical device from another seller that does switch automatically. This one does not do that. You have to manually press the button on the device to select your chosen input. The seller does mention this in the dude print....but alas. I only noticed this after purchase (thought I was buying another of the same unit that I already owned). It's not a huge deal, but for the same price from other sellers, the auto-switching is a nice feature.
Question:	Does this connect to three screens at a time or no
Answer:	It does NOT connect to 3 screens at once. What it does is allow you to have a TV that has only one HDMI port to now have 3 ports using this device. So if you connected this to the ONLY HDMI port on your TV, you will now have 3 ports. The device has a button allowing you to physically switch between the HDMI connections when you want (but you will have to get up & manually make the switch). There is also an indicator LED which lights up on the current HDMI feed.
