Answer:	This device is used to hook multiple products up with only 1 HDMI port available. The problem is only 1 port on the hub can be used at a time. Whichever number the switch is set to that's the device that will be usable. So to answer ur question tech yes u can hook both ur sound bar and TiVo box up to the tv, unfortunately u can only use one of them at a time.
Question:	When I plug into the computer it will not turn on. Is there anything I need to do to power it on
Answer:	I get the same issue with my MacBook. Strangely enough, when I plug my Xbox into the other port and turn it on, the MacBook connection works. Sounds like a power issue to me.

Answer:	Depends on your sound bar and the way you are setting it up. If you have a sound bar with HDMI ARC in and out.... you would plug ARC in to you TV/projector and ARC out into this splittter which then could go to Roku/cable, computer, game console, etc. You then switch the splitter to decide source but it all goes through the sound bar. I have a Samsung bar that is setup like this

The auto-switching feature works by detecting whether an input device has been powered on or off. When it detects a device is turned on, it will switch to that input. When it is powered off, it will switch off to the next active input. Some HDMI devices stay in a stand-by mode even when you have powered them off and always maintain a connection with the switch. Answer:	ONLY on occasian will I have the interruption of signal to the output HDMI to the TV. It hasn't occurred when manually alternate from the present input to anothe, only when the unit automatically alternates to another of the inputs because of the loss of the present one; the present one's loss due to it source device being powered off or the like. And I'm powering my unit with power coming from the input devices HDMI cables and not the USB cable connected to a device. If you are using the USB power cable try not and see if it fixes the issue; if not try using the USB power cable for power to see if it fixes it.

Answer:	I send one output on the splitter to each of TV' and another to my home theater receiver. When I want to watch TV without turning on the receiver, I just turn on the TV. Another way to go is to use the RCA component outputs from your cable box and go to the RCA component inputs on your TV. Use that for TV watching when the receiver is off. Then run the HDMI from your cable box to the receiver for surround audio when you want it. That should give you the best of both worlds.

Answer:	You cannot use this for that purpose; this is an "HDMI splitter", which was built to take one HDMI source and output that to a maximum of 4 HDTV's (like in a sports bar).Because what you want is surround sound from all three devices (and without knowing the type of receiver you have) your options are: - If your Receiver has only one or two HDMI inputs - you will need to add a "HDMI Switch", to accommodate all three devices.- If your Receiver has no HDMI inputs - it is better to get a new Receiver with atleast 3 HDMI inputs.- If your Receiver has three or more HDMI inputs - you are fine, just connect your devices to the Receiver.I hope this helps....

Unless your TV has an extra HHMI input on your TV. And If you Koopman is using the other inputs the firestick will not fit unless you have some adapter so you can use the input for fire stick. The fire stick is too wide to fit it in the input with other HDMI cables plugged in. See the inputs are too close to each other..
