Answer:	If you are receiving no signal at all it may be because you have not chosen either PAL for European or NTSC for the USA and or made the other necessary settings. If you have some signal but the picture is in black and white you need to adjust the color and contrast choices both the remote that comes with it and your TV gives you. also you need to set the device to cable channel 3 or 4 which ever your TV receives a signal on first then the devise only transmits to one channel find that channel it also must be set to NTSC-M for the USA and PAL for overseas now adjust the picture on both the devise and on your TV

Also, because the picture size and aspect ratio (width to height ratio) are independently adjustable in several steps via the remote for the HDMI converter, you can even resize the picture on your old TV, so you are not "cutting off" any of the screen size! Since most older (CRT or "cathode ray tube" TV's) had an aspect ratio of four by three (width to height) ratio, but newer "flat screen" or "wide screen" TV's have an aspect ratio of 16 by 9, the picture resizing capability of this HDMI to RF converter is probably an ideal solution! The only likely drawback to the converter is that the sound is not stereo ... but very few CRT type TV's were equipped with stereo sound anyway! Up to 1080p resolution with closed captioning

Emergency Alert System

Add an extra layer of safety to your facility by using the built in Emergency Alert System compatibility.

The ZeeVee Emergency Alert System (EAS) can tie systems into compatible national or local alert systems. ZeeVee processes alerts sent with either EAS-NET or MPEG streaming. When an alert is active, all current audio and video will be interrupted and replaced with the alert.

Send HD Video directly to multiple displays via coax cable or network

ZvPro converts your content to a private television channel that is sent over a coax cable - just like your existing satellite or cable channels - except you control the content. If your display or projector does not have a tuner, you can purchase a ZvSync decoder to convert the signal to a HDMI output to send to your display.

Create your own custom channel with ZvShow

Some models, such as the ZvPro 810 and 820, include ZvShow software that provides a customizable information channel on your displays in addition to your attached video source(s). This is in addition to the output channels that are already included with the each model.

ZvShow will play a video file (MP4, WMV, MOV) on a separate channel to enable you to use your displays to play commercials, display menus, or as digital signage. Simply change the channel on the display to select what content you want to see on your display. This feature is not available on the ZvPro 810i or 820i models.

Optional IP output to send video directly to your network

ZvPro 810i and 820i products have optional simultaneous IP video streaming that enables them to send HD video direct to a digital signage player, computer, IP Set-top box, or tablet simply by typing in the assigned address. Credit cards that contain "the chip" are not affected by the magnetic money clip. So, bottom line--- no issue with credit cards. Problem with hotel key in same pocket or in wallet.
