Answer: I have small ones that fit my normal toes and fingers....I also have large ones that fit my big toe and thumb....Why they don't make mediums I don't know....So, if you have calluses on your big toe I would get the large size....I put a little lotion or cream on the calluse before I put the ZenToes cap on and over time it will remove the calluse…..Be careful to take the cap off from time to time and wash it with warm water and soap to make sure you don't get any infection.....I like the skin color caps because they blend better....I hope this helps....KW

Answer: Yes, definitely! I'm 6'11" and wear size 15 also and they fit very well. They are made to be cut down for shorter toes but fit me very well "as-is". The only caution I have is they seem to lose their elasticity after about a week and do not stay on the toe well after that so order accordingly. They are easily cleaned with soap and water and I have them on my reorder list as I type this. Great product!

Answer: Only surgery will help a hammer toe- I know, after suffering most of my life with hammer toes, at age 54 I finally had surgery on 8 of my toes to shorten them- 4 on the right foot and 4 or the left foot, by an orthopedic Doctor.
