| Answer: | I tried a two part epoxy and it lasted a few weeks only to fail again when attaching to the windshield. I am attaching it to the top of the inside windshield and the problem I believe I am having is the windshield has the stock sun blocking black "dots" in that location. I believe that's why it is not sticking with certain glues/rear view mirror adhesive. I went to Home Depot today and picked up 20lb all weather 3M double sided tape. If this doesn't work my last route is liquid nails. A helpful hint; remove the double sided tape that comes with it all together. That was not much help and nothing would stick to it. I would love to know what they use to hold the EZpass Velcro to the windshields. Those never fall off and the transponders weigh about the same as the screen. Good Luck! |
