Answer:	The back side of mine is not shiny, it's kind of light blue. It's a pretty stiff plastic so I expect you could drill through it. I would suggest putting tape on both sides and then starting w/ a small pilot hole, then increase the size slowly. I always have a hard time drilling this kind of plastic and usually end up w/ some "chew marks" along the edges. I'm sure nice sharp drill bits will help too.

Answer:	The answer to your question is "sort of". The handle swings back and then has to be squeezed together a little to be pushed into the receiver which holds it tightly. It does not have a "safety" which latches but once the handle is inside the receiver it has to be squeezed fairly hard to take it out so in essence it locks but if the handle is squeezed AND a lot of force is exerted while using it then it can slip out. Answer:	Hi, No, this will not fit on any model, it was made for the Starlight Cradle 'n Swing. It would most likely work with other swings that were designed like the Starlight with the canopy feature, and MAY fit with the models that were from the same design level - like the Rose Chandelier - BMB21 (it's the one with the netting that comes up from the back of the seat and goes over like a hood) but the Pearl Chandelier (CMR54) has a different motor housing so I don't think the canopy would fit on there correctly.

Answer:	NO. The adapter is meant 'only' to adapt the plug on your device to the Japan receptacle. If, repeat "if". your US device runs "sluggish" when plugged into a Japanese outlet there is nothing practical to fix that. The sluggish operation will not hurt the device but will make it less effective. The lower voltage and frequency causes the device to be sluggish and inefficient....e.g., fans, blowers, ac motors for any purpose. Fans will operate slightly slower due to the lower frequency of the Japan power, i.e., sluggish. If that bothers you, buy a similar device that is designed to run on Japanese power. The good news is that most US low power appliances will operate fine on Japanese Power if the power unit to the device reads "100-220v". The above only applies to LOW POWER devices that you would plug into the outlet. Higher power devices, e.g., microwave ovens, hair dryers, that are not rated for 100 volts will be damaged in the long run due to the low voltage. Note, any device that uses a USB connector will work fine plugged directly into the USB outlet.

This replaces the charger of ANY device -- iphone, Android, tablet, etc. Can charge 2 devices plus 1 U.S. AC device (be sure your appliance/device can handle 220-240V of the EU - most US devices can, but my Braun Oral B charger is only 120V). USB power is over 2A, so handles 2 phones normally, but will need a couple hours if both tablet & phone are simultaneously charging .
