User questions & answers
Question: | Are there priority inputs? IE: Will a microphone input over-ride music from another connected input source |
Answer: | Your right a sizing chart is missing. I was already familiar with the Warner brand so I knew which size I needed. Seems to match in size the pack underwear like Hanes/fruit of the loom that I have bought in the past. For example that brand I am a 7 which I know to be a large which is what I bought for this brand as well and seems to fit well |
Question: | Any issues connecting a PC to this amp |
Answer: | The largest diameter circle is about 7.5in in it's natural state and stretches to about 10-10.5in. |
Question: | What is emc for microphone priority? i have an existing unit i am replacing and i don't know what an emc connection is. can you help |
Answer: | They are microwave and dishwasher safe. But can’t be used in the oven. |
Question: | do i need a receiver with this amplifier to listen to the radio |
Answer: | They do fit rectangular lids but not as easily as round ones |

Commercial Audio 120W 5ch 100/70V Mixer Amp with Microphone Priority (NO LOGO)
A constant voltage speaker system differs from a traditional 8-ohm speaker system in that it uses a step-up transformer at the audio source to raise the voltage and lower the current on the transmission line. At the speaker end, a step-down transformer converts the signal back to a normal speaker level voltage. This reduces power loss during transmission, which allows for the use of longer speaker wire runs using smaller gauge wire.

Add 300 watts of clean and stable power to your studio rack using this 300-Watt Studio Audio Amplifier from Monoprice! This rack-mountable switching Class D amplifier packs 300 watts of power into a compact form factor, which takes up only 1U of rack space. It can be used as a stereo amplifier or can be bridged for mono mode. In stereo mode it produces 150 watts per channel RMS (300 watts per channel peak) into a 4-ohm load or 100 watts per channel RMS (200 watts per channel peak) into an 8-ohm load. When driving a 2-ohm load, it can produce 250 watts per channel RMS (500 watts per channel peak). When bridged for mono mode, the amplifier produces 500 watts RMS (1000 watts peak) into a 4-ohm load and 360 watts RMS (720 watts peak) into an 8-ohm load. Additionally, it is stable when using reactive or mismatched loads, so for example, you can connect a 2-ohm speaker to one channel and an 8-ohm speaker to the other without any problems. It features an extremely flat 20Hz ~ 20kHz (+0, -1dB) frequency response with less than 0. 05% THD+N and more than 96dB signal-to-noise ratio. Built-in protection circuitry includes full short circuit, open circuit, thermal, ultrasonic, and RF protection. It also features power on/off muting function to prevent popping in the speakers when power is turned on or off. There is also a selectable limiter, which serves as a brick wall on volume to prevent high volume levels from driving the amplifier into clipping, which can cause speaker damage. Features: • Class D amplifier• High current switching power for high power output, low noise, and low distortion• Extremely flat 20Hz ~ 20kHz (+0, -1dB) frequency response with less than 0. 05% THD+N• Balanced 1/4" TRS and XLR inputs• Unbalanced 1/4" TS and NL4 speaker twist speaker outputs• Built-in optional limiter helps prevent clipping• Short circuit, open circuit, thermal, ultrasonic, and RF protection• Stable with reactive and mismatched loads• Power on/off muting function• Separate gain controls for each channel• Signal and clipping LEDs for each channel• Power and protection LEDs• Bridgeable for high-power mono operation• 1U height• Includes rack mount ears
- In stereo mode it produces 150 watts per channel RMS (300 watts per channel peak) into a 4ohm load or 100 watts per channel RMS (200 watts per channel peak) into an 8ohm load.
- When driving a 2ohm load, it can produce 250 watts per channel RMS (500 watts per channel peak). When bridged for mono mode, the amplifier produces 500 watts RMS (1000 watts peak) into a 4ohm load and 360 watts RMS (720 watts peak) into an 8-ohm load.

User questions & answers
Question: | Can this work for my 300 watts rms / 400 watts program / 600 watts peak. passive pro dj subwoofer |
Answer: | Yes, but you have to be careful at what Impedence (Ohm) load the speakers are going to be driven. With this amp to get a max of 500w RMS bridged with a 4 ohm load. With an 8ohm load. Which afe typically mostly used in homes because the require less amplifier power to drive the speaker. This amp puts out 360w RMS with the 8 ohm load. Again this is bridged and having output to one sub. This is a stereo amp that can bridged to increase power through one channel. Hope this helps |
Question: | I am thinking i can use this to power my surround back speakers from my optona tx rz 920 any thoughts? wanna get |
Answer: | I am using this amp to power my rear surround speakers with my Marantz SR7010 used in a 9.1.2 configuration. I run Front Wide speakers in this setup. I like the amp just fine. I modified mine by adding a second cooling fan as one of the reviews on the Monoprice site suggested. I ended up using all the parts that the reviewer did including the T.B.815 fans. The only thing I did differently was that I fabricated a second fan mounting bracket that bolts into the pre-drilled mounting holes on the other side of the amp instead of zip ties used in Monoprice review. This amp was obviously designed with 2 fans in mind. The reason that I made this modification is that I considered the stock fan, although not real loud, to be a little too loud for home theater use. You will have to make that decision for yourself. The amp runs very cool, although I believe it also would have with the stock (Higher Speed) fan, just a bit louder. Make sure that you find and read that Monoprice review. I'm not at all sorry that I bought this amp. I knew, from reading reviews, that it was very possible that I MIGHT consider the fan too loud. It really isn't that loud Hope this helps; Jack |
Question: | Does this amp have an intertnal fan? and if so, how loud is the fan |
Answer: | Yes. Some have said in their reviews that it is a bit noisy, but I haven’t found it distracting or bothersome. The amp performs well. |
Question: | how do you connect the speaker cables |
Answer: | You can use 1/4in class 2 or speakon connections |

User questions & answers
Question: | Will it pass through 1440p @ 120hz/144hz |
Answer: | I would say that this is a good replacement speaker for any audio need....I have punished mine and they are still going strong. |
Question: | I lost the analog 2ch audio from TV. Will this fix my problem |
Answer: | Surprisingly, yes! I have two 410 cabs (one Eden and one loaded with Pyle PPA10s) and the Eden can’t keep up with the clarity of deep bass (low B on my 5 string) nor the articulation of playing up the neck. When the Edens crap-out, I’ll replace them with the Pyles. |
Question: | Does this device support tv hdmi arc |
Answer: | These are 8ohm speakers. Very strong work-horses in my 410 bass cab. |
Question: | Does the pass through hdmi still contain original audio |
Answer: | It sounded great in my jeep. If your looking for a decent bass boost and nothing too hard then this will work for you. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this cable rated for in wall installation |
Answer: | Unfortunately the 50 pack cannot be broken into 2 different denominations. |
Question: | Are these balanced or unbalanced connectors |
Answer: | It's made for 39mm-40mm chips (maybe 41-42mm chips may fit), but probably not 45mm. |
Question: | Can the wires be pulled apart and completely separated if needed |
Answer: | Sorry, we ship from Hawaii and shipping is not cheap. Even with that said, we are lower priced (price of item + s/h charge) than most sellers that offer free shipping since they add the shipping charge to the cost of the item! |
Question: | Why are patch cables made of such thin wire? 22AWG is really meagre |
Answer: | Yes, Trays can all be removed so plaques should fit (not sure how well) without trays in place. |
