Question:	Cannot get the 50' cord to work. Do I need an amplifier
Answer:	I didn't need an amplifier for mine, it works as well as a any other-length HDMI. If you are using it on a laptop to a TV or projector, you may need to push the F8 button on the top row to activate the HDMI port. Some laptops will automatically turn it on if the HDMI is inserted while the laptop is powered up and running. If it is for a game console, you may have to go into settings and enable the port as well. Of course, the possibility exists that you got a bad HDMI cable. If you can use a different cable and there are no problems, then you likely received a bad HDMI cable. HDMI length has not made a difference in my application (laptop to garage TV). Good luck!
Question:	what AWG size is this
Answer:	My 50 foot cable does not have the AWG printed on the cable. All it says is High Speed HDMI Cable. I am feeding satelite signals through a Prosumer UltraHD HDMI Matrix to a 1080 TV HDMI input with excellent results.
Question:	Does this work for the Nintendo Switch
Answer:	As long as there are HDMI connections on the switch and tv. It is just a long hdmi cable.

Question:	Will this transfer sound from a computer with an aux jack to a tv with component? I don't have an aux jack on my tv
Answer:	when I purchased this..it was was to connect from a stereo to my phone. As long as your TV has Aux IN (as in your tv will receive sound from other places..not send it out like headphones) jacks you should be fine.
