Answer:	Nice question! Thanks. the difference is the signal receiving mode between small and big one. The small one is the omni-directional, it doen's need to face to the broadcast tower that you can receive the signals, you can lie it on the table, you can set it upright, stick to wall or glass door...but for the big one, it is better to face to the tower for the optimal reception. Another, small one perhaps looks more unnoticable than big one, easy to hide.

Answer:	My experience shows reception with this antenna is very dependent on location and materials in the structure. My home has aluminum siding which seems to severely limit reception so the antenna must be placed near a window or my fireplace where the siding does not block signals. In the proper location reception is excellent, but until you find that location it can be very disappointing.

You must notice that the HDTV antenna are made for TV sockets and voltages for US. If your location are different from the US voltage(AC 110V). Please buy a conversion plug to use it.

Answer:	So far it works in the Seattle metro area, which has some geographic challenges. OTA HDTV can be adversely impacted by weather and other atmospheric conditions (that cause annoying intermittent signal loss and drop) more so than analog OTA TV. So far, so good. I'm using the antenna upstairs for KIRO-507 which is off the FiOS channel line-up due to contractual disputes. If your TV does not have a USB port, be sure to order the AC-to-DC converter to plug into an AC outlet.
