Answer:	I cannot recall with certainty whether it is or not. I got rid of my watch a couple of weeks after receiving it, because it never worked as it was supposed to. In fact, all three watches that I bought on Amazon never worked right. And all 3 were made in China. China must not have any quality control people working in their manufacturing segment at all. Take my advice and find out first which country a watch was made in before buying that watch. I went back to Walmart and bought a simple Timex watch, and I have had no problems with it at all. Fancy watches are not always the "BEST" watches. You have been warned! Good Luck!
