You then must Bind the device to the app. Just follow the instructions. Once binding is completed, go through VeriFit Pro and enter your info and you're set to go. To charge the tracker, pull the band off on the end where you see the little icon on the display. It plugs directly into a USB adapter. That's pretty much it. Good Luck. Oh, and I'm loving mine. :)
