Answer:	I have an 8 inch wrist, and this watch, just like every other Invicta watch I own, has a band that is more than big enough.

Answer:	They sell genuine Invicta straps for the Russian Divers right here on Amazon. Just “Search” at top of page for Russian Diver replacement straps and they’ll have several choices. * But you MUST save the old strap because the replacement straps do not come with the barrel inserts on the strap. It’s very easy to remove them from your old strap with a small screwdriver and put them on the new strap, i’ve done myself and it was very easy to do. And also they are not expensive at all.

Answer:	There’s a little screwdriver-looking tool that comes in the box with the watch. Use this to insert in the small slit where the watch band fastens. Using the tool, work the clasp open. This will release the adjustable clasp assembly, allowing you to move it to the desired position. Them snap the clasp assembly where you opened it back into the locked position.
Question:	How often does it need to be wound even with the self winding feature? Does it keep good time
Answer:	If you are moderately active you will not need to wind this watch. It will keep good time. If you are still or remove the watch for 8-12 hours it will slow to a stop and need time reset. The watch winds automatically when you move. There is a tiny weight inside the watch that basically “winds” when you move.
Question:	Is this for women
Answer:	I think it's a unisex watch, but before you order I would check the measurements of the watch itself. It's not small, but not overly tacky large.
