Answer:	I have no idea! Looks like the links can be removed though, but the rubber wears off after a few months. Kind of disappointing.

Answer:	You have 2 locks to latch it with. It opens along with the second one. They have a little latch on each one on one side. Lift the latch and remove it. The tightest (#7) provides a circumference of 5-3/4 inches, which is the circumference of my wrist. :-) Good luck!
