| Answer: | The reason items have this warning is because there is a law in California that pretty much everything needs to be tested and most companies won't pay to have their items tested, so they automatically come with the prop 65 warning. It's much cheaper to slap the prop 65 warning on everything than to have it tested. Most items are safe. |

| Answer: | I wear an 8 in a sandal and an 8 1/2 in a closed shoe. I got the size 8 and they fit just right, but with no extra room. You may want to go up to the size 7 or order one of each and return the one that doesn't fit. I own at least 15 pairs of Teva flip flops and 3 pairs of Teva boots and the sizing is consistent. They never fit too large. The sandals are great, I'm waiting for the snow to finally go away so I can wear them! |

| Answer: | The site you're looking at shows both - the first 3 shoes are for men, the others are for women. So, if you choose the woman's shoe, choose a woman's size. That's what I did and I received the correct size. |
