Answer:	I would say yes..I have a narrow heel and I did not even order the narrow, but have to tighten the strap, so for your narrow heel, I would say ordering the narrow should be good..but that is just my opinion. My heel is not near that narrow, so you just have to use your own judgement. Being able to tighten the strap is really great, though for this shoe. I do love this shoe and have it in three colors.

Answer:	I'm pretty sure the Nubuck is a soft suede-like texture and the Pu is similar to a leather.
