Answer:	I wear a size 9 in most shoes, but often go down to an 8 in sandals because my feet are very narrow. My right foot is also bigger (Longer) than left. I bought these in 9 and the right fits perfect. The left is a little long, but is narrow enough to feel comfortable. There is a tiny amount to tighten, but it was enough for me and I went on a walk today and they were not only comfortable, but fit well. With sandals that are too wide I notice I have to curl my toes to keep them from slipping and causing blisters. No problems walking in these! I already ordered 2 other colors based on positive reviews and will be adding a 4th after wearing today!

Answer:	The foot bed and sole can be wiped, but as far as the straps, I haven't had to clean them yet. But when that time comes, I will wash them on the delicate cycle and air dry. These shoes are durable and are perfect outdoor shoes, I like to use them for kayaking.

Answer:	I find that thong-type shoes like flip-flops and sandals are very irritating. But these sandals are the most comfortable shoes I own. You won't even feel the material between your toes and the footbed is super supportive and cushioning.

Answer:	Oofoos are intended for indoor use. They are rehabilitation sandals. They can be worn outside but are not made like Aerothotics...which are harder. I have a pair of each and I love both!

Answer:	I also got a rash with blisters on the tops of both my feet under the straps. It took 3 months for the rashes to go away. The rashes are in the perfect shape of the flip flop straps. My doctor confirmed it had to do with the flip flops and suggested that I soak the straps with vinegar, then wash them. It is a little better, but the tops of my feet still get really irritated when I wear them. The flip flops were really comfortable, but I guess I spent $60 on two pair that I'll never get to wear again.

Answer:	I've had Plantar Fasciitis for years. I finally ended up having to get prescribed orthotics for my feet. Answer:	The ones I ordered in size 7 are a bit loose on my feet, but not so much they slip off. As far as going down a size it would depend on how much room you currently have at your toes and heels. I typically wear a 6 1/2, so I do have a little extra room at my toes.

Answer:	They're true to sizes in Keens. I find that I wear a half-size smaller in Keens than in some other brands. If you're thinking about ordering them and you've never worn Keens, go try some on at your local high-priced camping store. The sizes will be the same.

Answer:	The sole is a soft yet sturdy plastic material. It is very supportive (like all keen shoes)- Next to the bottom of my foot is the soft plastic contoured foot pad.
