Answer:	Hello. Dalia/tan is what they are advertising as the boot color , which does look raspberry as well. But to my knowledge Dalia falls in that raspberry color category. Sorry o cannot be of much more help as I ordered mines in black.

Answer:	Don't use the provided measurement chart that's featured on this listing. I measured my foot several times to make sure I had the correct measurement, and my foot is 25 cm... which translates to an 8 according to THIS size chart, but every other size chart I've found on the internet says that a 25cm foot translates to a size 9. I definitely am a size 9 or 9.5 (if I want more room for thick socks). I actually have these boots in a size 10, and they were fine for REALLY thick socks, but I probably would have done best with a 9.5.
Question:	Is there any arch support in these? I have bad feet and usually wear Vionic shoes but love the look of these
Answer:	Yes, they are waterproof, unless you're looking at standing in water for a long period of time. I've stepped through creeks, and puddles, and have never had my feet get wet. Would I trust them standing in the creek for an hour or two, I don't think so. (But if that's what you're looking for, I'd suggest neoprene boots, not these). They are warm, winter boots that are waterproof well beyond the extent most people would need them to be. I own a pair of these and just ordered another (I've had mine for 4+ years). They still function just fine, but they 're looking worn is all.

Answer:	I’m a wide 8 1/2 and the size 9 has worked very well for me. These are so warm that a thin sock works perfectly for me. I found most of their boots to be narrow but these were perfect. A tad bit of stretching after a free weeks of wear as well

Question:	The sizes have a (M) - does this mean men's size
Answer:	My wife said the width was normal. It's snug if she where's very thick socks but the boots are warm. You could always go a size larger and where thicker socks if there is some play
Question:	How are they in cold weather
Answer:	I wear an 8 1/2 all the time, and ordered a size 9 & have worn regular socks with them. The fur is very thick inside, so I think you'd be fine with that size & a pair of thick socks. Hope they work for you - they are great boots!
Question:	Are this shoes made in Vietnam
Answer:	For me, the boots are not hard to get on and once they are on they fall right at/below my calf muscle. The top does not close all the way around. To best describe it, the top middle/center section is like a tongue on a shoe. I guess it's structured this way so the front part of your leg has some give as you walk. My calves are probably average to small. Boots in this style are a little stiffer in the back so it takes just a bit to get used to and if your calves are larger it may bother you. Of all the boots that I've tried, these seem to be the most comfortable because they hit lower on the leg for me. The other boots that i've tried that are the Sorel - Joan of Arc. They push on the back of my calf and feel way too stiff for me. (They were a gift so I haven't worn them.) Overall you may just have to try these to see if they work. The return process for me was exceptionally easy and did not cost me a dime to return. The credit was beyond fast so I was very pleased with returning my original purchase. I bought a 9 - I wear an 8 1/2. Amazon didn't have the 10 so I finally found them at another location and I'm sticking with the 10. These boots do fit snugger than most so be sure to size up. I've never worn a 10 in anything. My foot is fairly average to thin. If it were a little larger than average, these boots would be uncomfortable. Hope all of my info. helps you in your decision process. :)
Question:	isn't this Omni-Tech™ waterproof
Answer:	I am like you, most of my shoes are 7.5 or 7, my sneakers I wear an 8, there for I ordered a size 8 in my kamik women’s boots and had to return them because my foot was swimming in them. I ended up needing a size 6.

Question:	I wear a 8.5 and all they come in are whole numbers, would i order the 9 instead
Answer:	They don’t go up extremely high. Since they are lace up, they make it easy to make them loose at the top. I don’t think they should be a problem!

Answer:	These are women's boots and the M is for medium or standard. They fit pretty true to size, I wear thick socks with them.

Answer:	Not so much support; but they are super stiff so they dig into the ankle and heel area.

Question:	Can laces be changed out to a different color
Answer:	Not sure what that means but it's says women's hiking boot. I ordered mine according to my size in women's shoes and it fit fine. I ordered a half size bigger for a little more room for thicker socks.

Answer:	The water proofing on this boot is columbias waterproofing. It does not have omni-tech any where on the shoe. But it does say waterproof. If there are any other questions please ask.
