Answer: They are pretty well true to size. I am 6’1” and 190 pounds and wear an extra large in this brand. The shirt fits well but might be a little on the loose side. I have bought them in large but they fit but were a little tight so I donated them to a friend that is 5’10” and 175 pounds and they fit him perfectly. I am not gonna suggest a size but I can give all the information I have.

Answer: I am 6’1” and 190 pounds I I fit comfortably in an XL. A large is just too small. At your size you probably fall smack dab in the middle between a medium and a large. If you were buying a Carhartt shirt, I would say get a medium but Coulumbia is fairly true to size so I would say get a large and it would be a little loose. A medium would probably be a little tight.
