| Answer: | NO REDS - extremely Natural Result for a light Brown. This is my Amazon review for this product with some tips: EXCELLENT. Covers gray!! - and I have a LOT of gray. *** BUT darker than expected *** I use 6/0 "DARK BLONDE" for a VERY "Natural Light Brown" (not "Blonde" at all). The result is so very natural, because the grays come out a bit lighter, therefore the result is not a totally solid color, which always reveals "colored hair". Instead I get natural looking (very subtle) highlights. Everyone tells me my hair does not look colored at all :) *** IMPORTANT: I use a bit more emulsion than recommended. This seems to do the trick better to cover lots of gray. If your gray is not getting covered, try this trick. And/or try also leaving it on longer - maybe close to one hour? (before washing off). AND if your room temperature is cold, you need to leave it on longer. In a hot day it may need a bit less time.... ...It took some experimenting to get it completely right, but it's WORTH IT !! I will not use anything else :) |

| Answer: | I would only put it on the roots and if you use a 10 volume, it will deposit more color. 20 vol will tend to lighten it more especially at the scalp where it's warmer. I just do my roots and a tube will last me awhile. You mix equal parts 1:1 When you store the tube, make sure that the lid is on tight. |

| Answer: | You have to buy a bottle of developer (the white creme that normally comes with consumer box colors. You can buy it on Amazon and it comes in different strengths. Roughly speaking a 20 developer would be enough for just going lighter a few shades and is less strength. It goes up from there, a 30 developer, a 40 developer, a 50 developer. If you are going from brown you would need a higher developer. Be careful because the higher strength of the developer the more damage to your hair if you leave it on too long. |
