Answer:	I needed 4.5 gal to cover my 18lb turkey in a 36 quart pot. Easy way to know is put the turkey still in the bag, into the cooking basket and in the pot. Then using a cleaned out 1 gallon container fill the pot til it covers the turkey and count the number of gallons of water used. Also for safety be sure to LEVEL the cooker on a steady base. Answer:	The bottle says Inactive ingredients: Pullulan capsules. Inactive means it is there but has no effect on the cinnamon absorption or action. It is non-medicated and just may have to do with the color of the pill only. Other ingredients show Organic Ceylon Cinnamon and nothing else. Cellulose is the outside part that contains or holds the medicine in. It dissolved once you swallow the capsule. Mine have loosened up a little, but due to their construction, I don't think they would loosen up any more than normal for any leather shoe. Answer:	My shoes are a tan. The only metal on the shoes is a tiny dot on the front and a bit on the strap. The metal is silverish.

Answer:	Only the leather flocking outsole according to the inside tag. I wear a 6-6.5 in all shoes. JBU is always a 6.5. The only mostly leather ones I have are the Jambu Sunkist and they run a smidge big.

Answer:	I can't answer your question because the size was way too tight for me and I gave them away. I ordered my regular size and could not get them on, so disappointed. Never wore them.

Answer:	I have a few JBU shoes that are size 8 and they fit fine. This particular JBU shoe I wear a size 7.5. I did purchase the size 8 and sent them back for the 7.5 inch which is my normal size. The 8 was way to big for me. I have a normal width foot. I think in this shoe the rubber at the top makes it more narrow. That may be what is happening in your case. My other JBU shoes do not have the rubber at the top of the shoe. I hope I answered your question
